I see the terrible reviews on here, and felt the need to write a pleasant one. The other day, while visiting my parents for the weekend, my dad decided that he wanted to buy an iPhone for my mom for Christmas, 5 days before Christmas, and the night before I go home! I freak bc he can’t buy the phone, but I can, but I also need to catch a plane! So I order the phone online at 8, store opens at 10, and they say to come by the store when you get the email. I didn’t get the email by 10:15, so I hoped that I could get in. Of course I’m doing this 5 days before Christmas so they are already busy. I tell them I am there to pick up a phone but need to catch a plane. Long story short they did EVERYTHING they could to make it be as short and sweet and possible. Everyone was VERY pleasant and nice! It took longer than expected but it was not any member of AT&T’s fault. Seriously, I really appreciate the service they did me!

The only positive thing I have to say about this AT&T location is that the assistant manager, Nicole, was very helpful. The manager is very rude and so was every staff member I spoke to. I got NOTHING resolved for over an hour. Clearly they don’t care if I switch to Verizon. If you want to be spoken down to by people who think they are better than you, then by all means go to this location.

The most terrible location DONT NOT GET ANYTHING from here they lie and u will get stuck in plans !! They don’t care about costumer satisfaction unreal ! Definitely not EVER going back here !
