By far the worst doctor and practice in general. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional and you will die before you get any of ur records faxed anywhere for a second opinion. Do not go to this dr he will not help u with anything they only concerned with the copay do yourself a favor and find another doctor

I’d rather not even give this office one star but I have to or I can’t post this complaint. I made an appointment for my son back in February. I made it for April because it wasn’t a true emergency and I was told by jasmine that as of April 1^st they would be taking my insurance. He was close by. Nice office. Clean and neat so I thought I’d wait. I called yesterday to verify my sons appointment and verify the insurance. Once again they said yes. No problem. We’ll see you tomorrow. I took my son for his long awaited 9:00 am appointment. We filled out all the paper work. I brought my referral
At 9:30 the secretary comes out and said to us that the doctor does NOT take my insurance. OMG. I was so upset. The incompetence in that office is absolutely unbelievable. I should have listened to my brother who went there. He wasn’t happy with the doctors bed side manner but I thought we’ll, he’s close to home. I was wrong. I’d rather go out to manhasset then go to this place.

My rating is strictly for the doctor. Dr. Esposito is a troubleshooter. He provides excellent explanations on how things work, methods of arriving to a diagnosis and listing possible cures. A former employee of LIJ Hospital, Dr. Esposito has had tons of experience. The bottom line is that I feel better after being treated by him.

When i started seeing Dr. Esposito about two years ago when i was diagnosed with Crohns Disease, i thought he was a great doctor. Since, the receptionist are HORRIBLE. I was REFUSED my medication, I was REFUSED my medical records which is against the law. I have been hung up on, told i was threatening them, and just given the worst attitudes ever. This issue has been going on since November 2011, and i still have not been able to get my personal medical records. Horrible people. I am disgusted by the fact they would rather see a patient in pain, then release the records so i can get the medical attention i need. Pathetic staff.
