They have a great selection but the customer service is below average. I came in to buy a suit for an interview and no one paid any attention even when I saw the sales people looking at me. What a shame! I think racial profiling goes beyond the street… and to think customers are the ones keeping businesses open! Smh.

Recently this Spring, I started loving the clothes at Loft, which you can wear during the day as well as the night. I signed up their Rewards card and get daily email alerts on new sales or great promotions happening during the week.
I frequent my visits here whenever I need a new outfit =)

Subtly sexy and feminine clothes suitable for almost all occasions.
This is the best place to do your one-​stop shopping for work and for formal parties. I love shopping at The Loft because their clothes are always well-​stitched. Fabrics are sturdy and last wash after wash. They have a large selection of accessories such as belts and sunglasses. They also sell flats and summer sandals.
They need to expand their petite line! The selection is pretty limited for shorter women. If you have your eye on something over $ 50, wait until there is a sale; they occur frequently! Returns are accepted for unworn garments within 60 days of purchase with the receipt.

While the selection of clothing found at the Bay Terrace Loft is fine, the same cannot be said for the service. The manager is unfortunately, the instigator and the rudest of the bunch. If one dares to ask the manager a question, she puts on one of those if looks could kill expression on her face, and then walks the other way because she is «busy». When I went to pay for my purchases, she happened to be there. She had the nerve to critique what I bought and made snide comments about how much I spent. I understand that the service industry can be a taxing occupation but it befuddles me how anyone with such appalling attitude was hired. If you are here to shop just be sure you don’t have the unfortunate experience of getting entangled with the store manager from hell.
