The massage was good until the end. The owner insisted for the $ 15 tip and kept arguing that we have to pay the $ 15. When it came time for the free foot massage, they robbed us 15 minutes as they cut the time short. I timed it on my phone and was definitely not a half hour foot massage. Also, she charged us three dollars extra to use our credit card and didn’t even notify us. When I asked, «how come it’s not $ 35, she said that’s the tax for credit card.» Makes no sense to me, but definitely would NOT recommend this place.

I had Li Li for the day she spoke perfect english and even offered to increase the room temp. Throughiut the massage she asked me whether i was ok and if I needed it stronger. For a small woman she nearly broke my back. The free foot massage was devine. Nearly fell asleep lol. I will definitely come back

The service here is very mediocre. The owner seemed hesitant when I asked for a female therapist. She led me to one of the rooms and asked that I undressed. 20 minutes passed and she asked if her husband can continue in her place cause she had to serve another client. At the end the male owner didn’t seem too happy about giving the extra 30 minutes foot massage as advertised and Demanded for $ 15 tips. Avoid coming to this place. You have other choices up and down the bell blvd and in flushing if you are willing to travel a little further.

Treated my mom and aunt for the $ 35 promotion of «60 minute body massage and 30 min foot massage». The way this place operates is that each masseuse massages the body and then switches to massage the feet. So, as I was paying my bill and providing 20% tip for the entire service, the cashier said«minimum tip is $ 15». Instead of 20% tip, they had insisted I give 40% of the $ 35, thus 20% per masseuse although they each provided the same service. Service is great until it comes time to pay the bill. They are very aggressive when it comes to tipping. They will even take all your money if you don’t insist for change back(as it already happened to me). I would strongly suggest to look elsewhere for places that don’t try to rip you off at the end.

I went in for the $ 3560 minutes body work + «free» 30 minutes foot massage($ 25 value) that they advertised at the front door. I was immediately escorted to a back room and while I was undressing, the same lady peeked in and told me to get dressed again as now we’re doing the foot massage first. A polite knock on the door frame(no doors, just curtains) would’ve been professional. The foot massage by this lady was more relaxing than the typical foot massages I’m used to at Asian massage places but pleasant. The(only) guy did my body work. While he was working on my lower back, he hopped on the head end of the table and his crotch was on top of my head… yeah. EW. I didn’t sign up for anyone’s balls rubbing back and forth in my hair — covered or not. The massage was good so far and I was aching all over so I didn’t say anything. I believe he extended the session as the timer went off once but I really couldn’t tell. Then I went to tipped at check out and he asked for more tip after I was tipping 20% on the actual cost of the massage!!! Not going back.

Took a chance and got a great massage from Amy. Strong hands got my knots in my back to relax a bit. The place is clean and the people are friendly. Amy spoke a little English which helped. Will go back in the future.

I just walked in on a Sunday afternoon, with no appointment! My husband and I had the best experience! Everything was done on a professional way! Excellent experience! I got out with a smile on my face!

Stay away from this place. They only care about the $ 10 minimum tip and don’t really care about whether or not they give you proper service. They don’t have a sign that it is $ 10 minimum tip. Unless you don’t mind paying that for a $ 25 foot massage(barely a massage) then go right ahead. They don’t deserve any stars.

If you don’t speak Vietnamese or chinese or whatever language it is that these folks speak, you may want to reconsider finding a different place. They keep the temperature at 80 degrees and they have no idea how to communicate. The woman massaged my legs for 60 mins. I asked her to flip me around and she couldn’t understand. They charge me 43 for 60 mins when the sign says 35. I just can’t even formulate any more words because they are just so frustrating to deal with.

Went to the 45th ave and Bell location around 11am and made an appt. for 2 facials for my daughter and her friend at 2pm(teenagers). My daughter and I were pleased that the rate was reasonable, but having no idea of how this place operates I was cautiously optimistic. My initial impression was that the place was very dark inside. I rationalized that it is a «spa», so maybe it was an attempt on their part to create«atmosphere». I came home and looked the place up online. I read the previous review from 2011 and was concerned, but figured no other posting was made since then so maybe things have improved. So at 1:50pm, my daughter, her friend, my other daughter and I show up. Once again I am struck by the darkness of the place. I asked one of the workers if I could pay now so I could just drive up later and pick up the girls. She called out to someone who came and told me the price for the 2 facials. I told her to add 20% now because I did not want the girls to have to do anything when they were done. I put the money on the counter and told her how much change to give me. Well…, she became VISIBLY annoyed and started talking to the worker I first spoke to when I walked in. She was agitated and talking very fast and curtly(not in English btw). I was dumbfounded. I looked at her and asked what was the problem. She said you need to give $ 10 per facial. WHAT??? I responded with, «You cannot tell a customer how much to give.». I proceeded to tell her(while she resumed speaking in her language to her coworker) that«20% is an acceptable gesture from a customer ESPECIALLY since I have no idea of the quality of their services». She waved at me and went on to count out the change from the register. I told her to give me my money back. She and the other worker started saying«it’s ok, no problem». I said«absolutely not, give me my money back». She returned the money. I then told her that it’s not smart business to lose customers and future business by imposing over 30% tips on your customers. This experience bothered me enough to be the first review I’ve ever posted on a business. The place and staff are so unprofessional and rude. I would discourage anyone from going to this place.
