I have recently had the pleasure to work with both Junior and Matt from Ainsworth the past few weeks and I am just SOIMPRESSED! These folks are REAL people who just«get it». Knowledgeable, yes but what really impressed me the most is the level these guys really care about what they do and about helping their customers. No question about it. When ever you need heating or air conditioning services, these folks are the only call you should make.

Several years ago I had my air system completely redone by Ainsworth and got a 10 year warranty with it. I’ve had several issues over the year, including two this year. In February of this year the heat went out and when I called I reached someone who was quitting the next day so he refused to come out after inflating the call out fee for after hours(which I was willing to pay). Then in September my a/c went out and I called them out again. Despite the unit being under warranty I was quoted a price for the work based on the number of hours it would take to fix the unit. The work was done in 1⁄3 of the time I was told it would take but I was still charged the full amount. When I contacted Ainsworth about this, they admitted to overcharging me but only refunded me a portion of what they overcharged me. Had I not contacted them about this, they would’ve kept all the money. I have no doubt they’ve done this to others as well. Also in September, I asked them to change out my air filter while they were here. It still has not been done. In short, they’re crooks. They don’t honor their warranties, don’t do the work they charge you for and then overcharge you for what they do do. Steer clear!
