This «business» is absolutely ridiculous. I had an appointment between 8−10am on my 1 day off a week, and I purposefully made the very first appointment of the day because I had several other appointments afterward. The guy called me at 9:15 to tell me he was running late and he would be here in 15 – 20 mins. He didn’t show up until 10:45. How do you run late to your very first appointment of the day, unless you just didn’t wake up!!! He was rude and had the audacity to lie and tell me he didn’t say he would be here in 15 – 20 mins, he said he’d be here at 10:30. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone who has a life and has other things to do throughout the day other than wait for a lazy, rude pest control guy. Don’t waste your money or your time.
