Taqueria Oasis

Ok so in my Taqueria quest I visited this place close to work. Baytown has a ton of Taquerias so the fact that this on has been open for years bodes well I think. It is fairly small inside and they serve the tacos from a steam table. You can see the taco ingredients before you order which is a plus for me. The staff is friendly and even at 5 am it is busy here. I got the fajita with cheese. The fajita was not too tough and the cheese is the liquid kind. I also got a bacon and egg and it was great. The bacon was crispy and not too fatty and the eggs surprisingly fluffy. I like the fact that everything was very clean and the tacos not overly greasy. I think from now on this will be my go to breakfast taco place in Baytown.
