Second time here in a week. Enjoyed it alot. It’s clean professional and well stocked. The ladies in the restaurant was awesome. Good was great. They were right there if needed and very helpful. I highly suggest the restaurant to refuel after a long days drive.

Shell gas. Restrooms clean. Restaurant, snack bar.

The level of service in your restaurants is so horrible. The treatment of patrons in your restaurants is dismal. The caliber of individual that you hire for these jobs is so low it’s no wonder.
I just ordered the «holiday meal» at your TA in Bayport. First of all it took 5 minutes for the waitress to come take my drink order. During the entire time I was sitting there some girl was mopping around me, moving chairs, and just being generally annoying. It was only 9:00PM can’t you mop later on?
The waitress never explained to me that your holiday meal was being served as a buffet. I sat there for twenty minutes waiting for it. When I asked her where dinner was she just looked at me like I was crazy.
So logically, once I knew it was a buffet, I went to inspect it, as I would have done before ordering, had I known it was a buffet to begin with.
During my inspection, I decided that I didn’t want it. Your serving shredded turkey. Who wants that? During this whole thing, the security guard was called over to take a look at me. I never once raised my voice or got out of line in any way. I just wanted to change my order.
Please don’t call a guy with a gun over to me cause I want to change my order.
This kind of stuff happens time and time again at TA/​Petro.
Your restaurant wouldn’t last five minutes in the real world. The only reason you exist us that truck drivers have no where else to park.
Anyway, I think I’m done eating at TA. Flying J Denny’s at least give a shit about the people they serve and the job they’re doing.

I like this place frum truckers perspective, there’s plenty of parkn & a bathroom in tha back where tha shop is jus in case u don’t make it here b4 tha fat lazy truckers do who park in tha frunt. I haven’t seen any lot lizards here so that means no pigs either so, it’s a kool place 2 chill b4 u gotta bounce. Save tha drama 4 yer mama…

Showers are ok. lots of pressure and lots of hot water.

Average medium size location, shower pressure was so powerful that I was standing in 2 inches of water. I walked over from the Loves that was as equal size where I was parked. Came back after my load and scaled my load going to NE and while waiting in a short line I saw a new cashier tell a customer in loud voice «just a minuet I just got here let me get settled in». The drive in the other line and his cashier noticed the conversation. I shruged it off and steped up telling her «separate receipt from the drink for the scale» and she mumbeled something and pointed to the other cashier. I took it as needing to get the print out from the other cashier and said «shall I shuffle over to her»? She aggressivley and loudly said I’m going to get your print out when I’m done with this”, to my dismay I told her to «take a breath her shift just started».

if you plan to get ANY type of work done at this location? do the following:
don’t expect a phone call or a page telling you the work Is complete.
don’t leave your keys in your truck or
accidentally lock your doors.
let a tech maned Erlyn Faudoa do the work.
7-​24-​2014, I took my truck in for an oil change, I came back to find my truck had basically been broken into for the purpose of starting my truck.
his reason for doing so? «he didn’t know where I was»
as of this writing? the manager Michele, passed the info to the GM Lisa. who has yet to return a phone call.

it is a typical truck stop, decent food clean showers laundry facilities game room television room and friendly people repair shop is decent and quick to find the problems
