Great wholesale club, but don’t come here for tires! Whatever money you might save is not worth the long wait and terrible service you will get from the BJ’s tire store. The tires were not in stock, so it took one day for delivery. The clerk couldn’t be bothered to call me when the tires arrived, so then I waited over 3 hours for installation, and I was the first one there!

Love this place! Much prefer it to Costco, not as crowded and better parking options. Not as large of a selection as Costco, but they have everything I need. I really like that they have a deli and sell single gallons of milk, as opposed to the 2 gallon jugs they sell at other wholesale clubs. Another plus is that they accept manufacturer and BJs coupons, which can really lead to some good savings of you plan it right. Also a great place to shop with young kiddos– multiple«car» carts that can accommodate 3 kids per cart, and special parking spots for members with infants. With free membership deals all the time, it’s definitely worth your time!

Tires: I shopped long and hard for tires –The GOOD news — BJ’s had the best price for the ones that I wanted($ 100 less per tire!) That is amazing. The BAD news: first I had to go to the store and order them in person(major hassle) second. it took 3.5 hours to install them — and I HADANAPPOINTMENT and I was the only one there — literally – I should have known it was going to be a problem when I called in to make the appointment for 10 am(store opens at 9am) and the guy on the phone says -«aww naww man, thats way to early. how about 11?» I told him how about 9? and he agreed that 10 was ok.(I should have run away at this point but I didn’t) BUT then he calls off and doesn’t show up until 11 anyways — and then proceeds to stroll around getting himself ready for the day while I sit and wait for him to acknowledge me. I did complain to store assistant mgr — and I was told«you know how it is…» — wtf ? the tire guy could not have cared less about even pretending to hustle or have any sense of urgency. It was NOT worth the savings to lose a half a day of vacation just to wait in their gross waiting area. I would try Bj’s again(since Im a member and the price was great) but definitely NOT this location.

When you cant find it at Sam’s club you can probably find it here. My favorite thing about shopping here is that they send you coupons AND you can use other coupons from the newspaper! Never go into this place without coupons and stopping at their coupon stand at the front. Although similar with other wholesale clubs, I often feel that BJs has more options in each sections rather than a select few.

Bakery is very good; found some good toys, yoga gear and a nice rug. Good prices; very pleased.

Been shopping here for years. Has always been a good place to buy items in bulk at good prices. Competition has caught up in many areas, so we shop less often. Has always been clean, with wide, uncluttered aisles. Service is inconsistent, often helpful, often non-existent. Fresh meat and produce is spotty. Best for non-perishable items. If you have a large family, and want one location to shop, this will probably work for you.

I’m a real sucker for stores with good lighting. I like everything to be well lit and clean-looking. I usually shop at Costco but received a free membership coupon in the mail so I tried out the BJ’s. I found a bunch of awesome stuff for Christmas gifts. Score! The brands here are more familiar than Costco. Packages tend to be smaller and they have more variety(more than one kind of cranberry juice, or cheddar cheese, for example). However the lighting is really bad and dim! It makes the store seem dingy which it probably isn’t. The employees seems a bit bored and not as helpful as Costco. But it also wasn’t as busy here so that’s a real plus. Overall? I’d rather drive another 4 miles or so and hit Costco. But BJ’s is a pretty good second option.
