Upon looking for a facial plastic surgeon, I found Dr. Jim Parry and utilized his services for an unusual reconstructive procedure of both earlobes. Him and his staff were friendly and outgoing, making my first venture into plastic surgery a very comfortable one. Dr. Parry had no experience with a case like mine, yet handled the repair practically and in a manner that I have seen used by other surgeons before.
I visited him at his Beachwood office for the initial consultation and subsequent visits, while the outpatient procedure was performed in Willoughby. He was very meticulous about aftercare and preventative measures to reduce scarring. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and Dr. Parry was not afraid to admit that he would have to look into some for me.
All and all a wonderful experience consisting of multiple visits from consultation through followup appointments. A+
