I had never been to this office before. I parked as close to the building’s main entrance as I could and tried to enter the building. However, it was locked. There was even a noticed stuck to the front door from UPS where they had been unable to deliver a pkg because of the locked door. So I called the number and they said they would send someone to fetch me. A few minutes later, I hear a voice saying, «Over here» and I saw the nurse in the parking lot. Apparently Passport Health has an entrance that can be accessed directly from the parking lot. However, it is not obvious and there is no sign on the main entrance sign or the main entrance door. I walked to the door where the nurse had already ran on ahead and entered. When I walked in, there was no one there. She had continued further into the office. Overall, she acted as if I had been there before and knew my way around. I explained to her that the door I was standing at said«Main Entrance», She was dismissive and said repeatedly, «I don’t manage the building». I told her I found her response to be unsatisfying. She eventually said she would put a sign on the main door indicating where their door is. As part of the consult, I understood that my company would have to pay over a thousand dollars today and then more later. It was not clear how much more. She said I would also have to return to their office three more times. My problem with this was not so much with the costs but with having to return three more times. I went to India four years ago and had a consult at Cleveland Clinic’s travel doctor and it was squared away in ONE trip. I felt very much like I was being upsold. I told her I would not be doing business with them, paid my $ 65 consultation fee, left and made an appointment with the Cleveland Clinic.

Timely availability of appointment. Staff was professional, knowledgable, and kind. They gave me plenty of chance to ask questions, they were up front about cost, and explained everything very thoroughly. Expensive, but not really their fault. Would recommend, much easier than making an appointment at the regular doc to get weird vaccines.

This review is for the Fairlawn, OH location. I was very disappointed with my experiences at this clinic. I went to Passport Health to get immunizations before travelling. I expected that there would be a doctor at the clinic who would be able to discuss my personal health history and use his expertise to help me make informed decisions about which vaccinations I should receive. There was no doctor there. I sat down with the nurse for my appointment, and whenever I had questions that weren’t on her printed sheet from the CDC, she sent an instant message to another nurse in a different location to ask for his opinions. This made me very uncomfortable, especially because I couldn’t be part of the conversation that they were having, and I couldn’t make sure that this other person, whom I had no direct contact with but was still trying to make decisions about my health, understood my concerns. I was also frustrated by the organization at this clinic. It was very difficult to get in contact with them. On more than one occasion, I tried to call but the phones were down. The corporate phone number on the website doesn’t always go to the same place, and I had to make three separate calls just to get on the phone with the main clinic in Baltimore. The office in Baltimore informed me that the Ohio offices had been shut down– not something I wanted to hear when I had an injection into my arm the week before! This business is incredibly disorganized, and I won’t use them again.
