I’m really disappointed at how run down this place has become. It is filthy inside. There was trash all over the floor, poop smeared on the bathroom wall, fingerprints all over the front door etc. Majority of the games in the game room and throughout bounce zone do not work and the few that do, do not dispense out tickets. I left with pretty disappointed toddlers.understandably.
The front entrance is pretty run down, which is a not-​so grand entrance into it. I have had many parties for my children here, and unfortunately, it’s declining in a bad way. I truly wish the owners took more pride in their business and trained their employees much better.
