Dillard’s

By far the racist location ever! Courtney the employee was extremely rude and screamed racist insults at customers. I spend thousands of dollars at this location and only to be harrassed and be called racist comments. NEVER WILL I GO THIS LOCATION! Dillar S. comments was right all this time. This dillard location teaches employees to be racist. I will never go to the Dillards Beaumont, TX location ever again!
The only plus side is the MAC cosmetics employees are extremely nice and kind whenever I need help! Thank you!

This is a nice store. Pretty busy during shoe sale. Great selection of women’s clothing.
Children’s clothes selection was great also,

Dillard’s, in comparison to other department stores locally is by far the best in my opinion. Despite the fact I prefer $ 2 T shirts and will wear the same shorts and pants for years, Dillard’s is the only place I’ll willingly go if forced to go the Parkdale mall. That is mainly because they offer quality clothing and just about everything else at small prices.
The multileveled Dillard’s has every thing you could imagine, clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery and household necessities. They provide a huge selection in a rather dense space with plenty of elbow room and a layout that is easy and convenient.
The staff, generally, is very helpful and will take time to help in anyway possible. Though bad apples are always present, the majority, I have found to be nice and casually helpful without pushing products your way unless you ask for options.
Overall, Dillard’s is the place to go because it usually has everything your looking for in one location. With a helpful staff and convenient layout it makes shopping easy and affordable and is a definite check in when in Parkdale Mall.

Who knew service could be so great!
Have shopped at Dillards Parkdale on and off through the years. Usually the service is non existent and finding even someone to ring up a purchase is difficult. They just ignore customers while engaging in personal conversation.
However, a couple of weeks ago I went to the men’s department and was helped by Clint, who was running the Polo area. He was so knowledgeable about the entire men’s area and so very helpful that I returned yesterday and filled another need.
Kudos to you, Clint… hopefully, your bosses are paying attention.

Dillards is not the store you need to support!
They support their employees being racist and allow physical and mental abuse.
Their employees work for pennies, and are treated poorly.
Spend your $$ somewhere else

Dillard’s is the nicest department store in town and they have the best shoe department, however, the selection is slightly lacking.
