I typically don’t write Unilocal reviews, but, this experience called for it. I sent my 12 year old son to pick up a pizza. I wait for 20 minutes and wonder why he’s not back yet. I get out of the car and walk over to little Caesar and find that the store’s door is locked with my son in there. My son yells to me through the glass that they won’t let him out because they are short staffed and they have a big order. They finally let him out after another 10 minutes. I don’t know who manages this place but I hope you see the legal issues with locking my son in your store against his will and without either the child or parent’s consent. He asked to be let out. I yelled through the glass to let him out. You simply just stared at me and ignored me. I know your busy and understaffed but that is a business management and human resource issue you need to resolve. Locking customers in your store without their consent is going to be a problem for you someday. You need to reanalyze and retrain your staff to avoid and better manage this type of scenario. Otherwise you will end up with unhappy customers and a costly legal defense on your hands.

I like little Caesars pizza, but this one is under new management and if this is how they’re going to run the place I’m not going to order from here anymore. Tonight I attempted to call them to place an order and they did not answer their phone. I drove all the way to the location and found their door to be locked however their sign says«open» and there was employees working inside. One of the employees came out when she saw me and several other people standing outside. She stated that they had decided to lock the door and not take any new orders for at least 15 minutes because one of their ovens was down. I understand being behind because the oven is broken. What I don’t understand is why they could not answer their phone to at least pass on this information so that one did not drive all the way down to their location in hopes to pick up pizza. I hate my time being wasted.

Always great for a quick cheapo dad dinner. Big thanks to Alexis who gave my daughter a sack of free cookies. What more can you expect from a $ 5 meal.

So much for hot and ready pizzas. We stopped going here because we had to wait over 30 minutes for 2 pizzas that were supposed to be hot and ready on 2 separate occasions. Their dough comes out with lots of air pockets after its cooked and the sauce is spread so thin. Used to be a good spot for grabbing a cheese pizza but we’ll pay extra if that means getting consistency and quality.

This place is horrible. First, their hours are not correct online so that is quite unprofessional and annoying. Second, management needs to learn how to stock! How is a PIZZAPLACE out of CHEESE??? Third, the staff was so incredibly rude and seemed to be very annoyed to be at work. Listen guys i was just sent to get a pizza it’s not mu fault you work there so don’t take it out on me. And last the pizza that we got wasn’t even good it tasted old and quickly made. I do not recommend this little caesars your better off just calling pizza hut and having it delivered!

The deep dish pizza and Italian Cheese bread are both delicious. Best pizza around, no joke.(I’m strictly talking about the deep dish) The wings are tiny but flavorful. Can’t beat their prices. They’ve never messed up one of our orders and have it ready quickly. The only reason that I can’t give it five stars is due to the location. It’s in a shady part of town and I don’t even feel safe going over there to be honest. I wish they’d open a second location in a better part of town.

Worst little Caesars I’ve ever been to ;( Go to another little Caesars location, where they can make a decent crazy bread & little Caesars pizza. Crazy bread here is disgusting! It is either burnt & tasteless or soggy & tasteless ;( Pizza here tastes like tasteless rubber!

The wings were better then the pizza. My husband called it «An $ 8 mistake.» I think we will stick with Domino’s Pizza. But i do love their crazy bread!

Sad you have to give stars. this store has serious management issues. for the«shift» manager to allow a deep dish pizza to go out looking like this is disgusting. When I went in there, only one person was working the manager and cooks were playing in the back(I think it was a slap fight… or some crap) Deep dish pizza was burned and flatter then the ready made pizzas. Both«shift» manager and the cashier looked at it and tried to make me take it. The store manager has no control over his staff and no interest in keeping customers happy. Wish I could add this picture!
