I’ve never had Phở before, so I was a little unsure how to order. The lady that waited on my boyfriend and I was really nice, and went through some of the options with us. We came here on a semi-​rainy day, which was really perfect for here in my opinion. This is a great place to take the chill off. I’ve only been here once, but I’ll definitely be going back in the cooler months.

I really like their tapioca/​smoothie. I would say they are better than the location on college street. Service was ok, not the best. Their food taste good but I had better. A place I would go to if I didn’t feel like driving to Port Arthur for phở.

The original Phở Seasons in College St. Is the bomb. However this location due to staff has… Bombed.
Waiter took forever, while sitting at another table and yaking his jaws with other employees (very un-​professional). We received one meal with rice that was hard as a rock and obviously old. Waiter argued with us that is was supposed to be that way. What?! Never again!

Came for the phở, stayed for the tapioca smoothie. Both were good! I got the eye round, meatballs, and tripe. Good stuff. For the smoothie, I got avocado, and it was actual avocado! None of that powder/​syrup BS. Cheers.

There were a few price changes from when this was phở seasons under other ownership, other than that its the same which I thought was quality food and great service, especially if you like Vietnamese food. What brings it to 5 stars for me is the same as phở seasons, that I really liked the employees and they always went out of their way to make everything right!

This is my 2 time here and everything ive tried here is absolutely fab. They are always busy here and it seems like they need to hire more help because the 2 servers are not enough. But regardless of they the food here is top notch!!! i would be returning here soon.

The place is the best attentive staff, fresh food fast service I have to have a weekly fix of this food. New owners same great food the appetizers are good the main course is great and I enjoy the smoothies especially the lychee smoothie.

This used to be Phở Four Seasons on Dowlen in BMT. New owners but the food is still really good. I did not go when the old owners had it so not sure which is better but I have never had Vietnamese food before and this was a great start.
