Today I stood in line for fourth minutes to get two slices of gingerbread loaf only to be told they were out of that item. The drive through window was completely out of control. There were four employees working out front and four in the rear. They had two registers with just one of them being used with eight workers in the store Starbucks products aren’t good enough for me to endure this again… They need competition.

This place, in no way, lives up to Starbucks’ standards. The men’s room was dirty, smelled like stale urine and had flies flying around. Looked like an unclean, convenience store bathroom. The staff was mostly friendly, but slow and seemed to have many standing around doing nothing.

Stopped here on Monday at 5:30am. Dark skinned girl with the extensions was quite rude with a sullen expression. No hi, no «what can I get started for you», didn’t tell me my total, didn’t say thank you or any other word to me, for that matter. At least her coworker had said«Hi, she’ll be right with you» when I came in. I sat outside and mentioned it to the husband and wife sitting near me, their experience with her was similar to mine. If you don’t like your job and hate being there, that’s your prerogative. But don’t let everyone see it by being a rude twat.

The staff here is a group of the nicest people. Always trying to please. And yeah, it’s Starbucks, so you probably know what you like or dislike, so telling you what I like is kinda drink-wise pointless, so just know that the staff is wonderful.

What can you say but that they have the coffee game down pat, but they now have to understand that they are not the only coffee game in town … !~ There are other options that are pretty much just as good … But alas, I have to go there soon as a vendor for my business, Cuestick Billiard supply here in Beaumont gave me a gift card for Starbucks … Mostly however, I just buy their coffee at the local market and use my Melitta coffee maker to make a great cup of «joe» at my home … By the way, when I was in Seattle, I had the pleasure to meet Howard Schultz, the chairman and chief executive officer of Starbucks and get a coffee cup signed by him … That was somewhat cool I think … !~

it’s ok but I just like coffee not all the fancy half car, chocco, latte mess. Pricey for just a coffee and every time I go to the mid-county location I feel like it’s a stalker convention. No one talking just looking around watching everybody else.

The coffee here is always consistent but the service is always slow. So I give them four stars

I love Starbucks, especially being a college student. The wait here is never over 15 minutes which is appreciated. But, the staff is just plain rude and several times have made it clear they were not listening to a word that came out of my mouth while I was ordering. Example; I ordered a tall java chip frapp and they gave me a vanilla bean frapp…

I was traveling I-10E and was in need for a Starbucks. This was the closest where I was at. With about 7 cars in the drive-thru I thought it would’ve been quicker if I went inside to order. When I walked in, there was 1 other person in line. I ordered 2 drinks off the menu and it took about 20 minutes to get my drink. Looks like they were making the drive-thru a priority. Now I know to use the drive-thur no matter how many cars. Lesson learned, though I think walk-ins should be treated separately. Also, the condiment bar was pretty messy and needed re-fills. I had to request for them to provide the venti straws.

I don’t know why I even bother to come here. Every time I hope that things will be better, they never are and I come out disappointed. This Starbucks is run down, at every visit they are out of something — it’s been napkins, straws, drink stoppers, coffee sleeves at various visits. Not to mention that the line goes by very slowly & then you wait a while for your order. They need to hire more people! The only reason why people come here(including me) is that it’s the only Starbucks in west end Beaumont and even if they don’t have all the other supplies, you do get the Starbucks taste and drink when your drink is finally made. You just get to have a miserable experience at this location.

The speed of the drive-thru has definitely improved in recent months. I go to this location daily, usually late morning, and even if there are 10 cars in line, it never takes more than 15 minutes to get through. Afternoons are definitely slower, but that’s probably at least partially due to an increase in orders of frappacinos(sp?). Hopefully once the new location opens, it’ll lighten the load for this location. The employees are all mostly friendly and knowledgeable about their menu and my drinks are consistently good.

I love Starbucks! It’s the man and my go to coffee shop. It was well stocked, overall clean, not very busy. The cashier was nice. The barista when I asked for a sleeve for my coffee was very curt– I will chalk it up to her having a bad morning. The coffee was awesome I love the new chestnut praline.

Astronomically slow service compared to the average Starbucks. I guess when you’re the only Starbucks in town you can do this. On the upside, the servers are friendly and my drink is always made exactly how I request it.

Terrible Starbucks!!! It’s soooo slow! It doesn’t matter whether you use drive thru which is always backed up because they’re so slow or if you go inside and wait… Understaffed for sure!

I’ve been to Starbucks all over the nation, and this one is easily the worst. I’ve given them chances. Really, I have. I’ve lived in Beaumont for 3 years and try Starbucks again every 3 – 4 months hoping for new baristas, new management, new anything at this point. It. Still. Sucks. First, this is the slowest drive thru in town. I’m talking an average of 20 minutes waiting… Even when there are only 2 cars. This is incredibly annoying. I gave Starbucks one more chance on 2÷15÷13. I waited 25 minutes for 3 drinks on a slow night. There were 4 baristas and one girl was making all 3 of my drinks. I watched her try to squirt caramel on my husband’s macchiato and the top of the bottle popped off. She stepped on it. She picked it up. She put it back on the caramel bottle and continued using it. I was disgusted that she didn’t wash it. I left, and I will never return. Take your $ 5 and buy a cup of coffee anywhere else in town.

Another Starbucks location. But it’s in the booming area of Beaumont, TX where people eat, shop for groceries and work. The employees here that I’ve come to know are very friendly and always carries a smile =D So, get your Wi-Fi on, get your caffeine on. Just come on =)
