We went in with an idea on the kind of firmness we wanted, and the sales person took a lot of time giving us recommendations and pointing us in the right direction. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest about his suggestions, so we felt comfortable and really trusted his opinion.
They offer free delivery either that day or the next, and they even honored a competitor’s coupon. The delivery schedule was sensitive to our work schedule as well. Overall, it was a really great buying experience
