after spending a good amount of money at this Home Depot I would’ve thought that I would receive excellent customer service. they didn’t give the installer half my order, every time I call I am put on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes, I have to wait forever just to deal with Anyone at the store, the employees act like they do not even want to be there and multiple times when I’ve called I’ve been told to call back at a convenient time for THEM! I do not recommend shopping at this Home Depot

Made a big mistake and purchased an expensive high-tech fridge 2.5 years ago at this store. It is beautiful and we were promised the world when they sold us the extended warranty. We were told if anything goes wrong, «we take care of it». We were promised massive support and ease in the event something goes wrong. Well, 2.5 years later, our PAIDOFF fridge has died. We called on a Saturday morning and even called the number the sales lady underlined on our original paperwork if we ever needed help with it. We were told someone would be out 3 days later on Tuesday. NOPE. We got a call on Monday telling us the guy will not be coming out but will«order a part». Really? You’re going to order a part before diagnosing the problem? Then we were told Monday that he would be coming out Thursday or Friday now to see if that part will work. Well it’s Wednesday evening and NOCALL! My husband and I work fulltime so how am I supposed to be there tomorrow if he plans to come then? We were told if it wasn’t the correct part that it would be another week before this repair guy could come out. Well, good to know Home Depot has nothing to do with it. They hire some low-budget repair guy who«doesn’t work Saturdays». This along with the huge amount of food we had to throw away is just ridiculous. Where’s this great warranty now? We are going on day 6 now and have no working fridge, no call and no idea when we will have any resolve. I have 4 kids at home and this is just incredibly unacceptable. We will not spend our hard earned money at this store again!

This Home Depot is a mess. The first sign was the parking lot with all the shopping baskets not being picked up. It took three associates to get me to the right aisle. Misdirected twice. No «Thank You» at checked out. Two cashiers talking about was it time to go home.
