Absolutely the worst group of medical professionals my family has ever had to deal with in 13 years of moves due to military service. The sad part is Dr. Waddell is probably a really good doctor and personal to boot, but he has no idea or doesn’t care about the childish and ill-​informed people he has running things behind the scenes. Their front office personnel lack the knowledge of their own procedures to the point where getting an appointment feels like an act of congress. And God forbid you point out the fact that they made a mistake, they may try to cancel your appointment. After 30 days of dealing with being passed bad information and having scheduling held up because of paperwork I supposedly didn’t have to fill out, I show up for the appointment was told that the paperwork I was told I didn’t have to fill out, I actually did have to fill out, and now my appointment is cancelled. Then, after I get an appointment, I get mean mugged and disrespected by a bunch of over grown children straight from the movie Mean Girls. Petty; I pay for medical care, I expect good customer service. Childish, unprofessional, highly NOT recommended.

Being an incredibly shy female, I was hesitant to go to a male doctor… but word on the street was that he was an excellent… and quite possibly the best doctor in the area. I am SO glad I chose Dr. Waddell to deliver my little girl!
Dr. Waddell has incredible bedside manner, makes all «checks» as unawkward as possible (mostly his midwife Theresa Mott does the checks), doesn’t push unnecessary csection and truly cares for his patients. Another huge plus (for me at least) — he’s not stingy w the pain meds when it comes time to deliver! I’ve also heard from other ladies he is one of the only doctors in the area that will consider VBAC if certain requirements are met.
The ONLY con is that because he is such an incredible doctor — he is extremely popular, often booked solid, and the waiting period for the visits are often 45 mins — 1+ hr!
