Andrew is awesome! My mom and I went to get one pair of glasses, and got a deal to get a second pair free. Andrew helped her through every step of the way, giving his honest opinion on all the pair of frames that I tried on. There was a little mix up with the corporation order, which stated that one of pairs was out of stock, so we selected another pair that she also liked. Then the pair that was supposedly out of stock, arrived but it gave her time to think about whether or not she liked the original pair or the new pair she chose. Andrew helped us to choose the new pair, which was a better fit for her. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a great deal.

I am being kind by giving this a 3 star review. I am giving 3 stars because an area manager made things right.
First of all, generally speaking the staff is unprofessional and slightly rude. The optometrist’s assistant was very insulting and gave me a professional opinion stating that I should have already been wearing glasses all the time. The optometrist said the opposite. That I almost didn’t need to wear them at all. I felt like I was in the way and an inconvenience all FOUR times that I was there. The 2 for $ 69 is a marketing ploy and really I ended up paying $ 169. If I hadn’t have asked certain questions I would have paid over $ 200.
The optometrist tried to talk me out of buying new glasses at all, even though the ones I had were 10 years old. The staff didn’t seem to know how to handle my eyes. 2 weeks later I picked up my glasses and couldn’t even see! I had to make a return trip and got lucky because an out of town manager was there. He said that they actually filled the prescription wrong and he offered me a free upgrade on my glasses (better, thinner lenses). After a total of about 5 weeks I finally had my glasses.
I am very pleased with the end result. They do have a lot of choices for frames. The customer service is terrible, the employees are unfriendly, unhelpful and don’t seem to be very knowledgeable. I absolutely will never go there again. I would rather pay more for a better experience.

Cassie is amazing! Not only is she very professional and knows what she’s doing, she truly cares about the customer and goes out of her way to deliver excellent customer service! I can’t say enough about how wonderful she treated me and took care of me! I’ll definitely be back!
I came back and brought my son. Rob (the manager) helped us and was great! My son got three pairs of glasses and he took extra time making sure that he got everything that he needed. He spent a lot of time with us and he’s very professional! Andrew helped fit the glasses when we picked them up and he’s great too! Daniel also helped with fitting my glasses.
Whether relating to oneself, the environment that surrounds us or other people, everything abides in a framework of relationship. It’s my hope that these seven simple concepts may reveal the positive and often unseen or overlooked aspects in relationships that can take a relationship from effortful «working» to simple, authentic and real.
Dr. Levy and Dr. Handel are both excellent and both of them are characters! Dr. Levy did my son’s and my exams and Dr. Handel did my two niece’s eye exams. They have tons of frames to choose from here and the prices are amazing!

I made an appointment and got in right away. The opthalmologist was friendly and he took his time with me. I never felt rushed or pressured. He made a diagnosis which was accurate as I have been having blurry vision. The sales people were awesome. Not pushy gave me space to shop and then when I was ready went over all my options
My salesperson inquired what features I wanted so I could make an informed decision of what I wanted. I am very happy with the service and will go back in the future.

This is a pretty complex review to write. We came in on a weekend which I highly do NOT recommend. They are busy as all get out and they just don’t have enough staff to help all of the customers. Just about every time I have been there I have seen people walk out because there was just not enough help. On the positive side? The price can NOT be beat nor can the selection. They have the largest selection of glasses under one roof. They have everything from affordable to brand name frames. The best part? Buy one get one free. No gimmicks… that is just how they roll.
Staff is a toss up. It depends who you get. The doctor who gives exams is amazing. He took the time to help me find the perfect glasses for my face and this was not even his job. I am so glad he did this because the girl in the ceil blue scrubs did not. She helped me to pick out frames that were just too huge for me. So much so they had to be returned. The girls were all very friendly however not all of them were perfect at their job. I still can’t figure out why they wear scrubs.
All in all I will be back. You just can not beat the price and selection.

Called to make an appointment and got the appointment the same day. Went in and was helped right away. Had my eye exam and everyone was very friendly! It was an easy process! The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. I picked out two pairs of glasses and got then ordered. I thought for sure since I was using the buy one get one free with free eye exam, they would try to sell me extra stuff but they never did! When I ordered they showed me a paper that had the extra stuff to add to the glasses and asked if I wanted anything extra and I said no. They came with scratch proof lenses and the basics. They said it would take two weeks. It took exactly 2 weeks to the day. I went in to pick up and they are great! The cases are nice also. You can pick a hard or soft case.
I read a lot of bad reviews and since I couldn’t afford much I figured I would have to deal with the negatives but I saw none!
So don’t be scared of the bad reviews! Great place! Knowledgeable staff! Easy process!

The only reason they get 2 stars is because the girl that gave the eye exam was very friendly! Everything else was awful! They told me that I would have my glasses within a week & it took 4 weeks. One pair was good to go, but the other pair had 3 scratches on one of the lenses. I showed it to them & they said it would be fixed in 2 days. I came back to pick them up & they were still there! It took them another 2 weeks to have them fixed. Go somewhere else to get your specs.

Pretty decent optometry, though not the best I have been too. Its decorated in modern décor and they have the largest selection of eyeglasses I have ever seen, especially for women. The doctor was nice, but it was in and out. She didn’t really tell me any concerns or issues with my eyes, and I know there are plenty, so that kind of disturbed me.
The salesgirls/​assistants were really nice though, but in the end they are salespeople. The deals are not too bad, buy one get one free. But of course you have to pay extra for non-​glare lenses and all that good stuff. The glasses came in within 2 days after I ordered them, which is faster than most places. The prescription sunglasses I ordered had to be reordered because when she cleaned them the tint came off. Weird? Also, they give you your glasses in a really ugly case that says Stanton Optical on it, and they don’t supply you with a cleaning cloth or cleaning solution. Most places do. I would suggest maybe JCPenney Optical, although they don’t have as much of a selection when it comes to frames.
