This McDonald’s used to run like a well-oiled machine even though it is busy 24⁄7. However, just recently, they did a disservice when they got rid of several managers. I often wait 15 – 20 minutes in the lobby for one McChicken sandwich, and when I finally get my sandwich, they THEN give me my drink cup. Why can’t I fix my drink while they(seemingly) catch, kill, and cook a chicken? Today, I went through the drive through twice, and both times I had an unpleasant experience. The second time, I ordered 10 chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce and a small coffee with 2 sugars and 2 creams. The guy gave me a 6 piece, no sauce, and one cream and no sugar in my coffee. When I tried to correct him, he cut me off, told me my total, and said, «Have a nice day.» They could do better.

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest fast food restaurants I have ever visited. I always get excellent service.

Twenty three minutes in Drive-Thru to getting a Coke not a Sprite. Given wrong food. Had to wait on Correct Food. Not given any Napkins. Really McDonalds? You can do Better.

It’s hard to be unbiased against McDonalds. But I’ll try. Let me first say I have a young son. That’s why I come here. When he’s grown, I’ll not be back. This site is no worse than usual, but customer service in the fast food industry as a whole is trying. I came here today to get my son a happy meal for a Friday afternoon treat. My son like a lot of kids loves everything plain. No condiments or cheese. I ordered a(exact words) double hamburger meal plain with a sprite. Sounds simple. But it was wrong. Cheese. Always cheese! I park in the number three spot to the right and make the walk of shame in the building to have it corrected. After waiting for 3 or 4 mins for the two managers to finish what they were talking about to turn around and notice me, one finally comes over to assist me. She reads the tag and then proceeds to start lecturing me on how I ordered wrong! Telling me I should have requested no cheese! On a hamburger! This went back and forth for a few shameful mins till I finally just asked for my replacement. After receiving it, I walked back to my truck and decided to send a text out before I started driving. I kid you not, they sent a girl to my truck to ask me to leave! I was parked in one of the«line taking too long» spaces and they needed the space. The number 2 beside me was empty. The number 4 had a van in it that was empty. That my Unilocal friends was my families very last trip to Beaver Dam McDonalds. Thankfully my son likes Dairy Queen.
