I’ve stayed here multiple times, this time was much better. Seems they have updated the rooms(or at least the one I was in) bed was comfortable, rooms smelled nice and bathrooms were nice. I did have one issue when I got here. The key card wouldn’t work on my door so I had to make 2back and forth trips from 3rd floor to desk before they just put me in a different room. Overall im satisfied.

Upon check-in, the staff didn’t tell us anything about the amenities, breakfast, policies or where our room was. Absolutely horrible service, rude people, as well as liars. A/C didn’t work in room. Got bug bites from the bed and was told we can’t have extra pillows or towels without being charged. The hotel itself had a overwhelming smell of Marijuana as well as The front lobby. When we made a comment about it they just laughed us off. There was only two towels in the bathroom for showers, and I used a wash cloth to wipe some dirt of my shoes and the front desk ended up keeping 10 $ of the 50 $ deposit because the housekeeper said it looked ruined. Not that it was but it looked like it. So 1, Dollar Tree wash cloth cost us 10 $ due to the lazy maid who will end up just washing it anyways and reusing it. Just overall, dirty, smelly and a complete ripoff. Plus our hot water ran out trying to use the Jacuzzi and had to use cold water. They also had no breakfast as stated online. In the end, I’d rather sleep in my car.

Liars or bait and switch or… My daughter and I reserved two rooms for a visit on June 12, 13 and 15 at Aloha OR. We were notified on the June 11 that the rate would be $ 76.40 instead on the $ 65 were quoted. We were told that the website and the quotes from hotel staff were incorrect. We accepted the rate because we did not have time to make alternate arrangements. This is not behavior I expect from any hotel or retailer and could not recommend your hotel to my friends and relatives. I notified corporate of my concerns and was ignored.

My cousin came to town for a week and this place is in walking distance from my Parent’s house(whom she came to visit). The place is essentially a dump, inside and out. It has the bare minimum of everything, no gym. She slept poorly every night due to the noise from other rooms, the last 3 nights there was a screaming baby in the room next door and she got no sleep. The one and only reason we used this place was due to the proximity to our parents house. They do have a very reasonable weekly rate of $ 41.00 per day plus tax.

Pro’s: Best Rate in town for Jacuzzi Suites! No stairs to climb, rooms inside hotel hallways, not to the weather. Cons: Rude Dan at the counter limited his phone conversation to quick, one word answers and grunts. The hotel smelled musty and there was no standard stationary, soap, or coffee maker that we’ve found in other hotels. The crux of our night was due to a family emergency, we had to cancel our reservation before checking in. Sadly, this hotel refuses to refund the money, even though it was a decent hour(9pm) to cancel by. 88 $ for a room that will sit empty. We will NEVER go back. Rather pay 120 $ and have more smiles and flexibilty from the business we pay for.
