Have had absolutely NO problems with Beauty First until today, I have been a loyal customer for five years. I called today to ask about the exchange policy and was treated like a child by the regional manager. It is not worth the time to type out the experience and truly unfortunate circumstance of experiencing her incompetence, unprofessional behavior, and bad attitude, but I will say that she needs to go back to a customer service 101 class. I do wonder how someone can be so pompous and claim they are a regional manager when there’s only TWO stores in the area. Guess that explains why she’s in the position she’s in; uneducated, inexperienced, and certainly does not deserve the job. Do you customers a favor and fire her, Beauty First!

If you need a serious mani and pedi, fear no more, you can leave chop shops behind forever! Go see Davi Uth! She is the guru of pampering and will consistently make you leave feeling like you are on cloud 10! I found her at another salon that she was working at on a whim, and boy am I glad I did! She does shellac manicures for 3O and same price for pedicures. But with that you get a shoulder and neck massage as well as foot massage reflexology. She books out an hour and fifteen minutes for her manicures, so not the place to go if you are in a hurry! You can call the salon or go to schedulocity, com to book an appointment with Davi! You won’t be sorry!

On many, many occasions I have received advice re beauty products that is unscientific and therefore, dubious at best. The girls like to chat you up, but I haven’t benefitted from any of that talk. The products, many very decent ones, are all at top retail price, and often can be found in lower-priced stores. The salon services are all expensive in the range I’ve experienced.

Had a wonderful facial by Liz! It was relaxing and my skin looks great. I am using the home care products she recommended, and plan to make additional appointments. A hidden gem in Beaverton Town Square!

Bravo for carrying a pile of products which I cannot get at Ulta or Trade Secret! I also love their beauty bonus card and coupons to save even more money.

5 stars for being the only beauty supply store I could find in Beaverton that sells Bumble & Bumble hair products. Also, I called to make an appointment on a Saturday morning to have my hair bleached and they were able to get me in within a hour. $ 80 for a full, thick-hair head full of foils. I will be back.

Don’t bother. For the past 6 months or more, they don’t have what I’m looking for. And I’m not looking for that much. What kind of beauty store runs out of cotton balls. Really? No polish remover? I quit. Right now, Ulta has what I’m looking for and it makes me sad. I shopped here before it was Beauty First.
