Clint did a great job putting in the herringbone brick work in our outdoor fireplace. Very professional and easy to deal with. Was also very accommodating due to my color choice.

Had Clint come over and do two projects for us, a brick repair and some new columns installed for some rotten porch posts. So first Clints bid was very competative, but what won him the bid was just Clint. He was attentive, personable, accomidating, and explained everything he was going to do completely and where it could be understood. The brick he repaired was going to have to match the rest of my exsisting brick and I can tell you he did just that. You cannot tell where he made the repair even though my home is over 15 years old. And the front porch columns, what can I say. As of today’s date they are not completed due to some backorder of products, but what is done (which is 95% of the job) looks FANTASTIC! We are so excited how this turned out we want Clint to do even more of it on other parts of our home. It is not only functional but actually gives our boring box of a home some characater it much needed and deserved. It would be my pleasure to recommend Clint to do any brick or stone work you are looking to have done for your project.

We just had Clint Colgin redo a patio with ungauged slate — irregular shapes and varying thicknesses. Clint is an artist. Our old slate patio was set in loose sand; the moles and weeds loved it. Clint and crew tore it out, salvaging the slate, then put in gravel and a reinforced concrete slab and set the stones in mortar. He did an amazing job of stone arrangement and striking between joints. We are very pleased with the resulting look. The price was competitive.

Never hire him to work on your chimney. His work was shoddy and he repeatedly blamed everything else but himself for the problems even though every other contractor I brought out to repair his mistakes said it was his work that was the problem. He seems like a nice guy when you meet him but he was dishonest and ended up costing me much more money to repair his mistakes.

First Class Flagstone!
We hired CC Masonry of Portland to install 1200 sq/​ft of flagstone patio and several decorative retaining walls for our 1909 Craftsman house. Not only did they do a fantastic job and stayed under budget, our yard now looks amazing! Now we’ve got a beautiful tiered backyard with 2 retaining walls and multiple patios and an almost magical front-​seating area by our frontdoor-​stoop. They took a sloped, boring old yard and turned it into something that dramatically increased the value of our home.
