Dr. Delplanche is very through and does a great job. The office staff has been very helpful with what my insurance covers and doesn’t cover. They have a great selection of frames to choose from.

The office is nice, variety of glasses, front staff are nice & helpful. Dr. Remy, is ok! But he needs to stop with the racial comments.

We had a positive experience with Dr Remy and his two Caucasian assistants. However the Hispanic receptionist is one of the rudest women I’ve ever encountered in the customer service field.

The doctor seemed OK. I was apalled by the support people, though – They forgot to put my glasses order through, so instead of a week, I waited 3 weeks, and I had to call them to remind them. Twice.
Then they had forgotten to get the glasses correctly measured, so I had to send them back. It took the normal amount of time the second time around, but is, «Hey, we remembered to call you this time,» something you should be proud of?
At least I got them, I suppose, but I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.
