Easy Dinners to Go

As a new mom and going back to work, I don’t have the time to think about dinner. Using this service was a no brainer for my family and me. I’ve had the vegetarian and paleo meal, both were outstanding! I like that I don’t have to think about cooking atleast once a week as well as not think about the ingredients I’m feeding my family. Knowing all the ingredients are top quality and local also makes this a huge plus for us. I will continue to buy from them and spread the word about this amazing option for an easy yet delicious dinner.

I work long days in Salem 4 – 5 times a week commuting back and forth from the Beaverton/​Hillsboro area — needless to say; by the time I get home I am exhausted and fixing dinner for myself, my husband and my 17 year old, football-​playing, ravenous after practice son, is not an appealing chore. I also do not like to cook from pre packaged foods, and we prefer healthy meals
I was so grateful to find Easy Dinners To Go! I have bought several meals with them, all healthy choices: steak, chicken, vegetables, etc — all I do is turn on my oven, place the prepared meals in, bake following the easy instructions, and serve! The meals feed 3 of us adults very well, and are affordable… Now if I could only convince them to come do all my other domestic chores!!! Highly recommend Easy Dinners To Go.

I think the concept of Easy Dinners To Go is great, so I was excited to try them out last week. I bought the 3-​serving Paleo-​friendly meal. I am not at all a Paleo eater, but the meal looked tasty, so I gave it a try.
1) The portions were huge! I could have easily created 4 dinners out of the 3 servings. I cooked everything in one night and then froze the extra individual servings for lunches. Everything tasted just as good coming out of the freezer after a few days.
2) The food was very satisfying. I am a carb-​loving girl so I was a little wary of the cauliflower mashed potatoes, but honestly, I couldn’t even tell they weren’t potatoes.

Between long hours at the office and the gym immediately following I frequently get home between 8 – 9. After prepping and cooking dinner it’ s usually after 9 – 9:30 before I sit down and eat. The biggest effort in making dinner is doing the prep work, and that is the value add of Easy Dinners to Go. I figured why not give them a shot.
I purchased the hearty meal and the quality of food was on par if not better than what I normally buy. It was all local produce and high quality meat. 3 full dinners at $ 8 each for marinated steak and seasoned veggies is a no brainer. I had freshly cooked meals for 3 nights during the week and didn’t have to do any of the prep work. Definitely look forward to coming back and trying out the other options!
