Express Nails

I stopped by because this salon is close to my house. I got a fill & polish they charged me $ 40. Not sure why??? I got plain black nail polish nothing fancy… I just paid it & walked out. The nail tech who painted my nails could not speak any English so there is no way she could be licensed. She had to keep asking the owner what I was saying. I would warn anyone who walks in this place that they have unlicensed workers and unethical practices. I got the feeling I was charged that much because I parked a new car out front.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff for such a wonderful experience. I brought my mom and two sisters to Express nails and they treated us so well and went out of their way to make us feel special and comfortable. The staff is warm and friendly and it was so nice that we could actually interact with them, unlike many of the other nail salons in town. We definitely will come back again! :)

I get it, a man that walks into your nail shop in basketball shorts, tshirt & a hat… Your first thought «what is he doing here?»
My answer, I’m here for just a manicure. I sat down at 12:25pm with Ashley. I was done at 12:32pm yup only 7 minutes.
I was in shock, I looked at my nails and ask if she can cut them shorter, she said it was too short. I then asked could you clean the cuticles a little more, she said it’s done.
She then processed to put lotion on my hands and I kid you not, less that 1 minute message on each hand and said «your done».
I asked for her nail cutter and started cutting it myself. I was so upset. Visiting from Las Vegas, I couldn’t believe this was happening to me.
I was referred to come here and they had great ratings on Unilocal. I was thinking to myself, should I just walk out of here without paying??? I didn’t, in fact I went to the counter to pay and John the manager asked me «how was everything?» I told him, I’m already done… Think about it, it took 7 mins for a manicure.
John was kind enough to apologize for the mistake and sat me down. He redid my whole manicure. Amazing guy. Normally I don’t like guys doing my mani & pedi but I was so upset I didn’t even care.
If you decide to come here, ask for John and NOT Ashley.

First time coming to this salon and they did a great job. Very nice and personable. And if you like designs on your nails they are a good place to visit for that.

Not impressed, service was minimal, I had borrowed my sons truck and when I drive up the male worker that is employed there «wow nice truck» I go in and found the prices higher than another nail place that was much better with service and surroundings. People were nice but towels too hits, hot wax was HOT!

I recently moved to the area and have tried a few nail places nearby. After trying Express Nails, I will never go anywhere else. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never experienced the amazing service provided by this business. My nail tech was extremely thorough, making sure my nails looked absolutely perfect before I left, and, even though I paid less than any other place I’ve been, I was given an amazing massage and a paraffin wax. I’ve paid more for manicures elsewhere and received lousy massages and quick service over quality service. I highly recommend trying out Express Nails.

Clean and very well priced. I got a manicure and a mini pedi. I would definitely go here again.

Vicky is great… very friendly and great at what she does. They do a wonderful deluxe pedi, too… hot stones, the works! I’ve had my acrylic nails done at other places, but hers look the best. Good eyebrow wax, too. Been a loyal customer for several years.
****NOTE!!! Vicky is not there anymore, but the service is still great. I’ve had mani/​pedis done there and have been very happy. Vicky has moved to Isse Salon in Hillsboro.

I went to this salon after my normal (and I say «normal» when I get a pedicure 1 – 2 times a year) salon was all booked. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the service! The cost was about ½ what I usually pay for a pedicure and a brow waxing but the service was excellent! Cindy, the lady who gave me my pedicure, was very sweet and thorough.
My eyebrows were done by Vicki and they were just as good as at the high end salon.

I feel very compelled to write a review for this salon after my experience there yesterday. My sister and I got the «deluxe pedicure,» which includes exfoliation, foot massage using hot stones, a wax treatment, etc. Well the entire process lasted a mere 20 minutes total, which is less than the duration of my average, non-​deluxe, pedicure.
The cost for this «deluxe pedicure» was $ 35, and I am just extremely disappointed. The woman rushed through my massages so fast that I didn’t even have a chance to enjoy it before it was over! Granted, it was a Saturday afternoon– but seeing as my sister & I had appointments, we feel that we should have been treated much better. There were open chairs on either side of us, so it’s not like they were packed.
To top it all off, she sent me to the toenail drying station with only one thin layer of polish on, and I have to say I could have done a MUCH better job polishing my own toes. There was polish smeared and let’s just say she didn’t manage to get all the polish on the actual nail. I’ll probably be removing the polish tonight and re-​doing it myself.
I’m sorry to say I won’t be going to this salon again. With the abundance of salons in the area, I’m sure to find one that will actually give me the service that I am paying for.
