Awful. just plain awful. If I was going to spend $ 15 on 2 sandwiches I would go to New Seasons. The bread was hard, there was hardly any substance to my 7.5 dollar sandwich and I felt sick immediately after eating it. Sure, they are fast. That’s probably because they don’t put anything on their sandwiches! My lunch was a disgrace to the sandwich world. Firehouse and Jersey Mikes only from now on.

Used to love having our lunches delivered, good fat sandwiches, but they’ve been shrinking. A lot! I have noticed less orders to our address, too — so I may not be alone. Got the #3 Tuna without lettuce, that was a disappointment! Is it the new normal to serve less and less of the main toppings? My friend’s #2 was also not up to par, much empty space of bread, no meat — so sad. We will probably start visiting the many nearby places who may charge the same, but at least the sandwiches are big, the bowls are full. Sorry, you used to be terrific — what happened?

Stale bread … crappy slow drivers. The reason you buy Jimmy Johns is for the speed. But when their drivers cannot find your place — even when you call them and tell them where you are — you tend to go elsewhere.

This location had terrible customer service and is consistently staffed by young men who pay no attention to the orders. If you are foolish enough to waste your time and money here, CHECKYOURORDERBEFOREYOULEAVE. I am done with this place. Firehouse Subs from now on! Go across the street… you’ll be SO glad you did.

After having a huge fiasco with another restaurant in the area, my sister called Jimmy Johns to deliver us lunch *was supposed to be a surprise for a rough day, but the other place called my cell phone so many times instead of her’s… Long story* And wanna know what? We got it super quick, they were very nice to my sister over the phone! I am not sure how they are in the face to face area. The jalapeño chips are stellar, esp with a nice cold cut sandwich. I would recommend the tuna, or the ham. Most roast beef at jimmy johns is a bit under flavored. But we were very happy after waiting 3 hours with the previously mentioned snafu.

We have been having sandwiches delivered to our office for several months with no problem, then when we called(during the same week that sandwiches were delivered) to deliver a sandwich we were told no, we are not in their delivery zone. When I spoke with manager he was not friendly and said that the deliveries had been a mistake. They have lost our business!

Not customer friendly if you ask for the(wonderful) peppers on the side it’s a NO and a rude no at that. We used to eat here on the way to our boat or pick up a bunch of sandwiches to go with us NOTANYMORE! RUDE!!! I will say that right across the street is the firehouse sub shop polite happy to oblige with requests and GREAT sandwiches

Always good, always fast. And best of all they allow my dog to lay quietly under the table outside while I eat. I go there often

You’re literally better off spending more for the ingredients and making a sandwich at home. It wasn’t bad it was just that lack luster. I mean there’s nothing more I can really say it was just… boring. A few cold cuts, handful of lettuce and tiny tomatoes. The only thing I didn’t get on it was mayo but I can’t see that adding anything exciting. I only gave it two stars because they were very fast, just not much else. Spend a few bucks more and go across the street. They might be slower but your tastebuds will thank you.

I’ve had Jimmy John’s before and the customer service has always set it apart, until now. I’ve recently moved and so I called the nearest store, that being the Cedar Hills one, to see if they delivered to my area. Not only did I get someone who sounded like they didnt want to be at work, the person who answered the phone, then hung up on me after I said which street I lived on… Awesome customer service.

Love their turkey Tom, I order for delivery very often and typically they’re fast but there have been some times(like today) where my delivery took 30minutes. Other than that they’re okay and the staff is nice.

Over the last few years I have visited a few local Jimmy John’s maybe 15 – 20 times. I always thought their sandwiches were pretty tasty especially for the price point. Last month I received a gift card for JJ with a large amount loaded onto the card. I have been to several locations over the last month approximately 10 times. The two locations I have gone to the most are the Evergreen location and the Cedar Hills location. My review is for both locations because I have had the same problems at both. Walk in– Get greeted by a sandwich maker and they ask me what I want. I explain my sandwich and ALWAYS ask for them to cut it in half. The person starting my sandwich repeats my order and passes the sandwich down the line. I would say 7 out of the 10 times the sandwich is NOT cut in half! What is the deal? Do they like people eating their sandwiches with the backend exploding out when your halfway through it? They should be cut in half automatically. And the only reason why the few were cut in half was because I had to tell them several times as the sandwich made it down the line. Checkout– Some young person who doesn’t want to be there takes my gift card. For some reason their registers have a hard time reading their gift cards. I learned something after the first time using the card when the manger had to come over. They have two scanners on the register. The NEW one and the OLD one on the upper portion of the register. The manger told me, after getting my card to work, that he kept the old scanners active because they work with the gift cards. What do you think happened after going in the next 9 times? Their employee tries scanning my gift card on the new scanner and it won’t work. I have to tell them to use the old one. Several times the employees would get annoyed by me telling them to try the old one. The employees would say«it doesn’t work» or «that’s not a scanner.» This scenario played out every time! Get new gift cards that work or train your employees better on how to scan them! My personal opinion– The place is filled with employees that are probably paid at minimum wage. Maybe hire less employees at a higher wage and they might actually care about working there. Again, this review is for both Evergreen and Cedar Hills. Same problem at both. Cut your sandwiches in half or at least listen to your customer.

«Delivery so fast you’ll freak!» Except they don’t deliver 1.73 miles away. Wtf! If you’re going to make such a big deal about your delivery service, don’t make your radius laughably small. Ridiculous.

Tuna sandwich was good but not out of this world. In my opinion not needed some salt of which they had none!!! No salt! Seriously. Further, how gourmet is a place that doesn’t offer leaf lettuce instead of shredded? Oh… and that napkin I usually need with my meal, we’ll, I had to ask for one. Don’t know if I will be back… first impressions matter.

My sister asked me if I’d heard of Jimmy John’s and I had not. She was telling me they much better than any Subway. OK, sounds good to me! So after taking the dogs for a nice long run in Forest Park, we headed here for lunch after. We walk in the door to a very neat and clean interior with a very welcoming staff! SERVICE: Two words: OMFGFAST!!! OK I guess that’s really 5 words, but you get the point. We ordered and before I could get my change put away, both of our sandwiches were on the counter in front of us! Holly crap, really!?! My sister tells me it’s that way every time they’ve been here. Plus the staff was friendly, bubbly and very helpful! FOOD: I was hungry and decided to go for the J.J. Gargantuan($ 8.25)
…with some hot peppers on the side. This is a SANDWICH because they really put some meat on! OK the J.J. Gargantuan is really loaded, but even the regular ones have more than that other place that starts with Subwa… Like that other place, they bake their own bread on the spot too. This sandwich was VERY fresh and VERY tasty, it really hit the spot! Excuse the fuzzy photo, but here is a close up of how much meat they put on this thing! OVERALL: If there was a Jimmy John’s near by(the only one here in So Cal is 30 miles away!) I would definitely go there instead of that other big nationally known chain, every single time! Yeah it’s that good!

The Unwich(lettuce wrapped low carb sandwich) option is great here. You can select any sandwich and just order it unwich style. My favorite unwich here is the Italian Night Club. Be sure to add peppers on the side, they’re deliciously spicy and vinegary. This makes for a light yet very flavorful lunch. I usually submit my order online and just drive down the street to pick it up during the lunch rush to avoid the wait. They also deliver.

Oh, so disappointed about this one. I had heard about this chain and wanted to give it a try. A bit confusing at the ordering counter. There appears to be two lines. I ordered a standard sub, the cashier didn’t ask if I wanted any of the extra’s availble, just took and order and said to go over to one side. Some guy from the back made my sandwich, so I got my order before people in front of me. The sandwich was ok, but really nothing great about it. If I hadn’t been so wanting to try this place, I’d have gone elsewhere. I’ve tried it now and that’s about it.

You have to have great t**s to have fast, friendly services here. All high school boys staring at women’s racks. Go to a different JJ’s. Other than that, the food meets expectations. 2 stars for poor service, haven’t been back since.

2.5 Hubby and I needed sandwiches after cleaning out my dad’s place(we moved him into assisted living). Hmm. Super bowl Sunday, what to do. I had qualms about coming in here but I had a plan, see. Shoot down Cedar Hills, grab sammiches, hit Coffee Rush for iced mochas, then up to Dad in his new place near St. V. Jimmy John’s is right in the path.(It is always coffee that drives my decisions, in case you don’t know that about me). So. The good: Clean, fast, friendly, lots of choices, cheap meal, fresh ingredients. Fresh faced kids make sandwiches in a snap. The not great: And this is me because I am mostly blind, I would like a menu to look at other than up high on the wall. I am old. I need to hold it in front of my face. Yes, I amaware I need reading glasses. I dont lug them into fast food places because I am lazy and a little vain. I am not ready for the Granny neck chain yet either. Ahem. I didn’t see a paper menu and was not offered one. I will be fair and admit I didn’t ask. Did I mention I am bone tired at this point? It makes it easier to parse my choices if I can hold the menu for a minute in front of me. Their club sandwiches are all slightly different from one another and without my glasses craning my achy moving impacted neck I really did not know what I was ordering. Two sandwiches with ham, turkey, provolone, iceberg lettuce, tomato, and mayo on squishy white rolls(ugh), two bags of chips(boring choices), two cookies, added up to $ 19. No drinks. Not bad. Not great. Just ok. As my hubby put it as we munched in the car in dad’s parking lot, adequate. He tells me after the fact there was mustard if you ask and other choices have avocado and cucumber as well as grainy bread(my markers for a good sandwich) The whole experience fit my mood. Kinda blah. Next time,(you know this will happen again) I will look at the menu online or bring in my damn glasses.
