It’s an Asian market so don’t expect impeccable service… but here in the Asian market void of west Beaverton, it’s convenient, well stocked, and just friendly enough to keep me coming back when I’m in a pinch for southeast Asian ingredients… they even have Café du Monde chicory coffee… go figure!

Not friendly, often don’t greet their customer. Good and fresh produce.

Listed as manila market but its really just an asian market. Lot of vietnamese and chinese items. Meat selection is supee slim and probably not as fresh. I make ramen and you cook pork bones for 24 hours. Manila has hands down the cheapest bag of pork bones around. Even beats out winco. Not the best market but way more than i can expect from its location. I come here often. Service is great for me but im basically a regular so who knows. But like any asian place, you do catch them talking to each other personally while ringing you up. Im asian so im used to this type of service haha

I love this small little Asian mart, especially since it’s so close to home. I frequently stop by to pick up ingredients that I wouldn’t normally find in big box grocery stores. Also, I love that they carry products that I grew up eating.

I think this place is wonderful! I’ve never had a bad experience there. I’ve purchased Magnolia ice cream, frozen lumpia, horse beans, rice noodles, quail eggs, cilantro, lemongrass, limes, galangal, canned coconut milk and cream, candied tamarind, coconut cookies, mochi… everything has been good, and at fair prices. In addition, I’ve always been treated in a friendly manner.

This business is not closed like some people are saying online. It’s very clean and staff are friendly. The name Manila Market is a bit deceiving as it only has a limited amount of Filipino goods. But overall, this place is a nice gem if you need Asian ingredients.

Only a few Filipino goodies, it’s just like a small version of Fubonn in 82nd Portland. However, they have fresh Malunggay and Kamote which you can’t find at Fubonn. The cashiers are friendly, and the prices are decent. 2 stars only because I was hoping that they’ll have plenty of Filipino goodies, but there are more Vietnamese and Thai stuff in there. Sorry!

One of my coworkers recently bought some snacks here recently for lunch. 3 hours after she bought them, take it out to eat it was rotten with the white powdery stuff which was pretty nasty. Alot of my coworkers in the lunch room freaked out and you guess right they lost 6+ potential customers myself included, it was very nasty and being reckless eating without looking my friend could have went to the hospital. I would stray away from this place. I know stores like this need to make a profit by leaving expired items on the place but sometimes too much is too much. I told my friend to report this issues to the health department so that others would not be affected by it. You should be ashamed of yourselves if you are reading this message owners of this business because you almost sent someone to a hospital. You have been warned folks, look at your groceries when you check out here.
