I was here from Michigan, and looking for a good coffee place to meet up with some friends. I’m really glad I tried this little place! I didn’t order anything fancy(just an iced decaf latte) but it was delicious! I asked about opening a tab, so I could pay for my friends’ drinks as they came in; and while they weren’t set up to do tabs, they were very accommodating and worked it out the old fashioned way, with pen and paper. My only complaint is that the sun was coming in through the front of the shop, and there wasn’t a shade or anywhere to sit to get away from it – so it was a little blinding while trying to converse with friends. Otherwise, very friendly service, and a good latte! I would go again.

The espresso drinks are over-milked. Cappuccino shouldn’t come in sizes unless you’re talking number of shots.

As a coffee lover, living on the west side is not easy. Loving locally roasted beans and third wave coffee shops does not help. We live in the Sexton Mtn area, and there was not an enjoyable coffee shop experience for miles around. Enter Murray’s Coffee Bar. They opened quietly and have been slowly gaining traction in quality and décor. They have turned the space in the Murray Crossing shopping Center into a warm and inviting place for some amazing coffee. They use beans from Virality, a local Beaverton roaster, and have a nice selection of rotating drip options. The pastries are great, but my favorite is getting a «Honey Bee»(steamed milk with honey) with my daughter. I also buy beans for my home espresso, my particular favorite is from Peru.

Only ever gotten shots of espresso and a mocha once from here. Both were disgusting. Their baristas need to learn how to pull better shots to make better drinks.

I’ve never had coffee here but I’ve had a sandwich here twice that the guy in the back makes and it’s delicious! I only discovered them because I was doing training at another store close to them, if I lived or worked close to them I would be there every day for lunch.

Always a wonderful stop. Perfect local coffee stop. Great selection. I’ve been coming here since I first moved to Beaverton 10 years ago. Enjoyed it with my babies in tow and now for a quiet moment with friends.

I’m a former barista, so I know what it takes to make a good cup of coffee. One of the easiest and most-basic ways to screw up an otherwise great cup of coffee is to *let your shots die.* You can tell when this happens because the barista either lets the shots sit for more than about ten seconds after they come out of the machine, and they will turn from a caramel brown to a black color. Black = nasty. But even if the barista pours those shots into a cup before they turn black, that still doesn’t mean a good cup of coffee. They can still die in there. The key is to mix those shots with milk(either steamed or cold for iced) or at least water(for an Americano) within about 10 seconds, before they turn black. Let me just say, this ^^ isn’t even Coffee-Making 101… this is like Coffee-Making 35. This is literally the first, most important, and simplest technique for any good espresso drink. If someone skips this step, it’s either because the barista is too busy with too many drinks to make at once… or just doesn’t care. So I JUSTNOW got back from Delightful Coffee in hopes of getting a good latte at my nearby coffee shop. There was no one else in the place but me and the barista. I’d been here once before a long time ago, and the reviews are pretty good on here. I saw the barista pull the shots before she steamed the milk, and I knew we were off to a bad start. I saw her put the shots in a cup about 45 seconds before the milk was ready. I’m a non-confrontational person, and the cup of coffee was aesthetically(visually) beautiful afterward, but once it cooled down and I tasted it, it was nasty. Sorry Delightful Coffee– you guys clearly know how to make your coffee LOOK good, but it would be nice if your baristas would take a little more care in making your products taste great too… and since your barista today knew how to make a beautiful espresso leaf, I’m dead certain that she also knows that shots taste NASTY once they die, so I really don’t know what the hold-up was other than laziness. I’ll try you once more perhaps in hopes that this was just a fluke at your shop, but it’s clear I just wasted my time & money with today’s visit. Hope this review helps you correct the above-mentioned issues.

Nice and chill coffee shop setting. Nice comfy chairs to sit and enjoy your coffee. Free wifi. Angie the owner that makes you delicious concoctions of pretty much whatever you like. Oh, and if you don’t want to eat lunch, try the coffee cake. It is amazing and will take you about an hour to eat.

Great coffee, reasonable prices, free wifi, comfortable chairs & tables… I visit almost every day. Angie, the owner, is often behind the counter, but the other girls who work there are friendly also.

50% nice with a chance of «blah.» Stay tuned for the extended forecast. Nice things about this place: they have a punch card, and they have an organizer so you can leave your card at the counter. I like that! I was given a coupon from those Entertainment books for half off my bev order– also a plus! But overall, the place lacks energy. It’s too quiet. We ordered 2 hot chocolates, and they were made separately, and slowly. Hot chocolate was good– but later I thought maybe I should have tried their chai frappé(but that’s just me being whimsical/flakey, not a reflection on the hot chocolate). Prices were reasonable. i think the large hot chocolate was about 2.70. Would I go back? Ehh… if I thought of it I would, but this place doesn’t leave much of an impression.

This is my corner coffee place. It has pretty good drinks and a really good selection. The coffee is always smooth and not bitter. I like that they offer ice cream as well. Great for hot summer days! The price is about average for coffee places around town. They are never very busy when I go. They have free wifi and nice comfy chairs.

stumbled across this place on Sunday afternoon after a long, rainy drive. smooshed in the corner of a non-descript strip mall between a Papa Murphy’s and a dog wash, Delightful has a surprising amount of charm. they had a pretty extensive coffee and tea menu with a few specials scribbled on a chalkboard easel. I had one of the drinks on special. forgot what it was called, but basically it was a nonfat latte with sugar free marshmallow and vanilla syrups. my boyfriend had another one of the specials, a mocha with caramel and something else(I think). we sat and relaxed in some cushy leather chairs while reading the Sunday Oregonian and Willamette Week. they also have wifi, which will make it a great place to escape from my place to come work. the prices are pretty comparable to others coffee houses around town. it’s also a great place in Beaverton to chill if you want something other than the typical latte or mocha(they had a list of what looked like 20 different syrups = tons of flavor combos) plus they have what looked like some yummy pastries.
