This is by far the best Dry Cleaner in Portland. Everything is perfectly cleaned and pressed all the time. Their prices are very competitive as well.

I found this place through a friend recommendation and I am very glad I took their advice! I took all of my winter coats to get cleaned to put away for the season and they were able to get all of the stains out completely and they quoted me a good deal. Recently, I took a couple of pants and a dress to get hemmed. They were having a sale and I got even a better deal than most places in town. The hem turned out great and my dress fit perfectly. The owners of the cleaners are very nice and polite. They speak broken English but they were really great to work. Not only was the customer service wonderful, the price was great compared to the cleaners I was going to before. I will be going here regularly for my cleaning and alternations needs. You won’t be sorry with the service they provide but also the price is unbeatable.

This place has to be the worst ever for customer service and quality of work. When my dog came in from outdoors and immediately jumped on the couch, she got some kind of sticky residue on one corner of my best faux fur couch throw. Since she had also been laying on the matching pillows, I decided to take everything in to be professionally dry cleaned rather than laundering them myself since the label on these products said«dry clean only». The guy that runs this place quoted me $ 30(broken English, but communicated just fine when it came to accepting the work) and said he’d spot the place on the corner of the throw to get the sticky residue off. A week later, I returned to pick everything up and it was all wrapped in a plastic bag and sitting on a shelf by the front counter. I paid him then immediately opened up the plastic bag to check how it came out and realized that neither the throw or the pillow covers had been cleaned at all. They’d simply been folded and put in the plastic bag and now not only is the sticky residue still there but everything smells like Chjnese food! The guy that runs the place was all nervous and shifty eyed knowing full well he hadn’t cleaned my items. I looked at him and said, «These things haven’t been cleaned at all, you need to do it again and this time put them in the machine before you put them in the plastic bag». Of course, he’s all defensive and says, «All this takes up more than one load so you take the pillow covers and I do blanket». I said that wasn’t acceptable and everything needed to be cleaned or give me my money back which he refused. He then took my items, shoved my receipt at me, and tossed my things on top of a pile of other customers dirty laundry. Then gave me a hand motion basically shooing me out of there. The following week, I went back to pick up my items for the second time. The couch throw and the pillows were destroyed by having been put in the washer and dryer. All the«faux fur» had been singed off by heat and were not soft and«furry» anymore and everything still smelled like Chinese food. This guy has no pride so why they call it Pride Cleaners I don’t know. He’s also vindictive and has no remorse nor a clue about what he’s doing then turns on the language barrier when confronted about something he doesn’t want to deal with. Don’t go here, you’ll be sorry.
