This is one of I think 4 reviews I’ve ever posted, and my first negative one. I called this company and they said they would be out the next morning(on a Sunday before church). I was surprised and said great. TV was inspected and I was told would cost $ 400 to fix(the power button on the TV wouldn’t work because had been pushed in too hard i guess) but it was only a $ 500 – 600 panasonic and he said Panasonic was bad tv so i said I wouldn’t fix it and immediately said it would cost $ 300 to fix but I said still not worth fixing. Said he happened to have a 50″ Samsung with him that was the same 1040p etc as the one I had that he would sell me for $ 300. I said no, but then agreed to pay $ 250 and he kept my panasonic. While he was setting it up, I thought I saw something that said it was a 720p. He said no it was 1040 or 1080 and that the HDMI cable box made that a mute point anyway, that the HDMI cable box elevated it to the highest available pixel count anyway. I questioned that at least 3 times because it didn’t seem right and thought maybe a language barrier but he repeated told me I was wrong that this TV was 1040 etc… After he left, i called Best Buy(my mistake for not doing it before hand) and they told me he was absolutely incorrect, I had been lied to if a professional TV repair person told me that. I called and paid the $ 50 to get my TV back because I figured he had lied about my TV being worthless as well since it still played if I turned it on a different way without pushing the button. The TV was still taken apart when I picked it up which frankly was not his fault really, because I went and got it within hour of him leaving my house. Wanted to catch him before church! Of course, no return or exchange etc… quite the scam!

If you ever have a TV problem, I would call this company! Last week my Samsung TV went to a black screen out of nowhere. My first instinct was to call Samsung and see if they could tell me what was wrong. They asked me a few questions and immediately suggested I have it looked at in person. They told me they would set me up with a local company that could come to my house and repair it. That would take 5 days for them to get out. When I finally heard from that company, I think it was called Precision, they told me it was $ 139JUST for them to come look at it. They had a second option, which was to try and diagnose it over the phone, and that would cost me $ 40.(I couldn’t help but think that would have the exact same result as me talking to Samsung, so I didn’t see the point in that.) I was feeling like either way I was about to be out a lot of money. So I did some research online, called a few other companies, only to get similar price quotes. Then I found this one, and I’m glad I did! Man’s name is Naifang Ren, he answered immediately and quoted me $ 30 to come look at my TV.(Normally charged $ 40, but was feeling generous I guess) I called at noon and he was at my front door by 1:30 that same day. He was very professional, figured out the problem in less than 10 minutes. Took my TV with him right then and there and said it would likely be a few days before I’d have it back. I mentioned I was leaving town in 2 days. He called me 2 days later and said it was ready! I had already left town, that was a Friday, so he went out of his way and delivered to me on Sunday as soon as I got back. Hooked everything back up for me and it works like a dream! Very very happy I found him, he was so quick, affordable, and honest. Never tried to give me the run around and even got finished early. I will recommend him to anybody I know that needs TV repair!
