I went this morning to rent a storage unit. Barbara was the one who helped me she’s a good helper nice and friendly.

As storage goes, the place is great. It has easy access and friendly staff. I gave it one star because of the misleading and confusing pricing structure and advertising.
— $ 1 for the first month applies only to certain units. Read it carefully and go in person to ask questions.
–check daily for specials and take your time before committing yourself. One day after I moved in, the unit half time bigger than mine was on special for $ 50 less than what I paid.

I was moving my Mother to Beaverton and needed a large storage unit fast, like now!
I stopped by their store on the east side of Hwy 217 and talked to Lee. She told me that they had no units available but their other location across Hwy 217 had some available and they had a special deal. While there she showed me a 10×15 and 10×20 just to make sure that the size was what I wanted. She called Barbara at the 10 905 Denny location and told her what I was looking for and I would be on my way over to see her.
Barbara was waiting for me when I arrived. She showed me to the unit to make sure it was what I wanted. Nice and clean and the walls were painted so no graffiti to look at. YES, let’s do the paperwork. Got the insurance and was told to check my home owners insurance policy to see if I was covered for rental units and if so, I could cancel PS’s coverage.
Got the $ 1 deal and was done in 15 minutes with keys and codes in hand!

I haven’t used the storage units yet but I buy supplies from this location. Kimberly is very helpful and friendly. When I need to rent a unit, I will be sure to come here!
