I am excited to receive free shipping and set up of my new bed and mattress bummer that Cal King frames aren’t readily available, I will repost when and if my frame is delivered within the 7 weeks promised. Props to Mr. Chris Newell and Sleep Country USA in Beaverton, OR. My wife and I just purchased a new mattress and Chris could not have been more respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff but was never pushy and since we came prepared, knowing what we wanted this fact was very much appreciated. We could tell that he enjoys working for his company and is able to communicate relative pros and cons for all of their products in appropriate detail at the right time. Beds are huge purchases and commitments for couples and we are thrilled we decided to buy at a local establishment and at a respected national brand! Thanks Chris!

First time buying a bed thought I would check out some reviews on Unilocal in the local area. Sleep country came up and there was good reviews of the place. So me and my girl went in to just check it out and see prices. The staff was very low pressure which made the whole experience much more relaxing. We tried many beds before narrowing down the one we liked. After that I checked online with all the prices that came with the purchase and sleep country had the best deal on all the items we purchased. Plus free delivery and removal of old mattress you really get your money’s worth. I would recommend them to anyone new to the market seeing what it’s all about.

These folks know their beds! They were friendly, not pushy, and knew all the stats and how things were made. Plus they were incredibly nice with out two kids and even invited them to watch a movie while we shopped! I am beyond thrilled to have bought our mattress here and I would come back again and again — too bad we only buy a mattress every 10 years.

My partner and I just purchased a new Tempur-​Pedic mattress from Jeremy. The entire buying process was awesome. First, there was NO high pressure sales! Jeremy took his time to explain to us the differences in each of the mattresses and had us lay on each one till we found the one that molded best to our bodies. He provided a lot of education so we were able to feel like we made the best decision. This type of a mattress is a sizable investment so you definitely want to feel like you’re purchasing something that is going to meet your needs for the next ten years. With Jeremy’s help, I think we did just that. Jeremy is very knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely seems to care about his customers and seeing them get what is going to be the best for their sleep and health. I can’t wait for the bed to get delivered! For those wondering what delivery time is like… we purchased Sat. evening and get our new bed on Monday! That is pretty speedy service.
