Recently moved my prescriptions from Costco (which I loved) just for the fact that this one is open ²⁴⁄₇.
So far, it’s great. Very high-​tech backend e.g. text & email notifications, auto refills, drive-​up service, scan & submit refills, a family option so that one can manage meds for all family members, and retention of payment method for faster service aka «Express Pay».
Additionally, if I find myself away from home and need a refill, I can place the order and pick it up at the local Walgreen’s.
Some Unilocalers have complained about service. I can tell you service for me has so far been exemplary — professional, knowledgeable, and patient.
Four stars due to the drive-​through pick-​up area — it is confined, has no cover, and can be difficult to navigate in a truck and/​or when it’s busy. A relatively small complaint. I could just as easily rated them five stars.
That said I highly recommend Walgreen’s Pharmacy.

Me and my mom came to this location to get her pain medication after an accident and while there was a miscommunication on who’s insurance they were going to bill, Daisha at the pharmacy had zero customer service and very rude personality, she never apologized and acted all «mighty», very very awful experience and hopefully service will get better.

Their drive up prescription window is amazingly slow and they often don’t get or lose prescriptions sent from my doctor. For regular stuff they are ok but do not get your prescription filled here unless you are very patient.

I’ve always gotten great customer service here. I’m new to the area and I really appreciate having such a nice Walgreens nearby my home. Well organized, clean and very friendly staff.

I must update my review. I must brag on one of Walgreens employees Nicole was very nice! She asked if I needed help. She also did it with a smile! She made me whole weekend! There are so many reasons to shop at this Walgreens. But it doesn’t mean anything without outstanding customer service!

Just the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I ordered a refill, (one that they sent me a refill reminder about) waited 2 days, went to pick it up and they said they needed to order it, they were out of stock. they said it would take a few days to get it in. They couldn’t order when I originally submitted the refill? I then came up with the brilliant (sarcasm) idea to have them check the inventory of another walgreens. The girl said «I guess». They found that a walgreens 10 minutes away. This is not an isolated experience with them. This was just the final straw to get me to write a review. I used to go use walgreens in Phoenix and never had a problem. Apparently quality service does not cross state lines.

Pretty good selection of items. However, the lines are long and take forever. And don’t even get me started on the freakin drive thru!

Drive up pharmacy, what a great concept!!! The service I got was «blah.» Good for the morning pharmacist he isn’t paid to provide excellent customer service.

When I was a smoker, I went there daily (sometimes more) because they had very competitive prices on cigs. Now, I don’t know, perhaps they still do.
I used to buy other miscellaneous items when I was there — not because the price was great on those items, but because I was already there. Might as well.
Now that I don’t have to go there to buy smokes — well, I don’t go there. Nothing else they have seems to be enough to make me endure the rip in the fabric of time & space that happens when I go inside.
I am not sure what kind of business strategy it is, but this store conducts business SLOWLY.
The weird part is I used to love them.
Maybe I only loved their cigarette prices.
My brain on nicotine would have puffed out a rating of 4 stars. Sans tobacco, it only seems to rate a 2.

Decent first aid selection. Decent pharmacy. Not much else to say. I mean it is a riteaid after all.

Ohhh Walgreens let me count the ways in which I am disgusted with you. Your drive thru is the slowest thing I have ever encountered I mean for freaking GODS sake what takes you so long, are people waiting at the window for their prescriptions to be filled. Today, just one of the many times I have spent 20 minutes plus in line at your drive thru. Why not just go inside you ask, for one I refuse to park in your parking lot and two, it is just as slow inside.
Your check out clerks are frightening for the most part and again, your drive thru prescription window is the slowest I have encountered, EVER, IN MY LIFETIME, CONSISTENTLY.

Love the online scan APP for ordering my meds. You can then get a email letting you know when ready. You can also check all of your RX purchases. Great APP and most of the time it scans correctly.
They changed most of the isles around, and once I figure out where everything is I can give an opinion on whether I like it or not.

Photo staff is excellent and pharmacy is much better than the only other 24 hour pharmacy (walgreens on Pacific hwy and Gaarde) they are extremely busy but generally pretty helpful and pleasant here.

I’ve only been here a few times and every time this Walgreen’s is one busy bee hive of peeps! Line is backed up in the pharmacy each time I go. I have yet to be greeted when I walk in the front door. I’m pretty sure I’m their most important customer.
This apparently is a hub Walgreen’s. That means that this drug store nirvana is a bit more wild and Gray’s anatomy than the other Walgreen’s. You can get custom medicines mixed to order (no ambien/​Nyquil Hybrids…) and the doors are open ²⁴⁄₇.
Custom work takes a while so head on over to Washington Square Mall to kill time while waiting on your drugs. Make sure you call before heading back to pick up meds (mine were not ready as promised).
