Worst management service everything.. sick of pissed poor service in Beckley. The best places to visit are the locally owned places third time I’ve been here so I finally had to do a Unilocal on this place. any COVELLI owned PANERA is terrible he has many lawsuits against him for discrimination from what I’ve looked into. disgusting. I will just travel a few miles away to the locally owned DISH CAFE. SMH. The manager Egypt I think was her name rude and also Almita both terrible. .sad that people like this get paid to not have customer service.

I gave this Panera two stars because the latte I got tasted horrible and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. It was not very clean in the dining area. The customer service was great, but overall not the best Panera I have been to.

Called an order in at 10:20 am for pickup at 11:45, 7 orders and they said they couldn’t do it? It really didn’t seem as though they wanted my business. Although I should not have been surprised, we have experienced 2 wrong orders in drive-​thru in last 2 months and a 17 minute wait in drive thru once. Food is good but service, well there is none.

Holly is amazing! She’s the best, and makes things happen. She saved me from food poisoning and gave me free soup at the same time. Basically, she warned me that the turkey chili wasn’t ready and gave me French onion instead and then she gave everybody at my table free pick two coupons. This Holly is like a Christmas angel. It’s a modern miracle.

Stopped for a quick bite after driving all day from Florida. The food was very good and the restaurant was very clean. I had the Italian on ciabatta bread. Very good alternative to traditional fast food.
