Boiler company recommended I call this company to service my boiler! I called and was told they don’t come to my town! I explained that the manufacturer said they were the only company listed! I offered to pay travel time as we had no heat! I asked the general manager to please call me! Nobody did! I have since found a great company that actually cared!

Our water heater gave out. I put in several calls but no one could come out for days. A friend recommended LeBlanc. The telephone operator was reassuring and the guy was here in minutes! He assessed the situation and gave a very reasonable quote. We made an appointment for the next afternoon. He returned, with an assistant, exactly on time and they did a very professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending LeBlanc. They are the best!

I have had all great experiences with AJ LeBlanc over many years. Most recently, I called the office for a service call and they scheduled it for that day. Their Service Manager Robert made the repair and was very professional.
When you call them, they answer the phone and respond in a timely manner without overcharging like many others. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a reputable heating or plumbing company to take care of their home.

Had an emergency water heater issue and they sent Andrew their main plumber to diagnose. Andrew is a very professional, friendly and knowledgable guy. He efficiently was trouble shooting all possible problems and then identified it to be an electrical issue. He continued to trace the problem and then was able to uncover the issue and have it resolved. I have used a competitor for many years and this was such a refreshing service call — I wasn’t being sold on anything, and especially sold on things I didn’t need. Andrew and the overall experience dealing with AJ Leblanc from the initial call has now earned my business. This was my first interaction with them, and they clearly set the right first impression. I now have them coming back to perform standard maintenance on other HVAC needs of mine next week. So glad I made the call.

What a wonderful experience!!! We sought out many quotes for a heating conversion and were looking for professionals to help us through the decision-​making process. We chose A.J. Leblanc as they stood out amongst all others and decided on converting from oil to natural gas. We were under a time crunch as our furnace hit it’s end of life and knowing our challenges, they were so helpful and flexible working with us on scheduling coordination. The installers were courteous, professional, friendly, and neat — what a great experience for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service from Sales, the Office Team, and the Installers. This is the 3^rd plumber we have used since we bought our house, and they are by far the best. We had a clogged drain and they showed up within an hour and had it fixed within a half hour. They were very professional and friendly, and their rates were reasonable. We will be calling again for any future issues!

Very bad kitchen sink clog. Called. Fixed in half an hour. Good price. Definitely will call again!

We have had intermittent issues with an indirect hot water tank in a house that we bought 2 months ago. Everyone we have dealt with at LeBlanc has been friendly, courteous and responsive. I could not be more pleased with the service we’ve received. The hot water tank… not so much.
