If you are a contractor doing work on property Evergreen Management manages, good luck getting paid on time. Twice I have now worked for property owners that are managed by evergreen and I have had to chase down the money they owed me. I would give them zero stars but can’t in Unilocal

Biggest criminals on the face of the earth. please do not ever use they if you are considering a property management company. I regretted buying my condo the first week after dealing with these guys. oh and they keep changing their name to avoid the negative online reputation.

WORST property management company ever! I currently rent my unit out now and it has been a terrible experience. It should be easy to be a landlady with a condo association, but it’s been a nightmare. My unit had a leak in the ceiling due to the roof, and it took MONTHS to repair. After numerous calls, many of which were sent directly to voicemail, I got a hold of someone and she hung up on me during a call after I threatened legal action. I will never be able to sell this property. No one wants to buy it. Not worth the money or the headaches. Condo fees are way too expensive. No pool, no gym — $ 250? What am I paying for? Even my tenants want out it’s so scummy. I would rate this 0 Stars.

Unprofessional management — impossible to get a return call, and when I finally emailed them my concerns via their online service, I received a 2 sentence email back that addressed one of my three concerns (a grounds keeping request that had previously been ignored) and did not contain a single apology or explanation for their negligence. So we get fines threatened the second we have anything «unsightly» that would affect the reputation of the condo complex, but they allow a half broken tree limb to occupy my parking spot and look hideous for almost two weeks? That makes no sense. I wish I could fine THEM for the trouble they are causing me.

They do not even deserve one star. If you are considering buying a property they manage, move on. I have had a terrible experience with them, involving billing errors, and even deception from the staff. Thankfully, it’s a second home, and I can just sell it.

This is a BAD MANAGEMENT COMPANY their managers have no communication skills with either unit owners or vendors. As far as paying the vendors very slow if at all which explains why they go through so many. STAY AWAY from them, vendors and condo owners.
