Wonderful selection of items, hence the two stars. BUT, very condescending, unhelpful, and infantilizing employees. Did not appreciate being spoken to like a 2 year-old when I had questions about some tech items. Nor did I appreciate the rude and nasty way in which the employee criticized how I opened a package of previously bought items, which were not what I was looking for and were marked incorrectly as being made for all apple devices. All is good though… I just returned those items(which you begrudgingly said you MAY accept as a return, but made it clear they were no longer«sellable») to a different Marshalls, who were happy to accept my return and help me find what I needed. Will be going there from now on! No need to be so unkind and rude when you are paid to help people.

My favorite Marshalls in my area! The only situation is the parking, too much going on specially now during construction; parking is limited. Best selection around though!

The products in Marshall’s are great, love the variety & reduced active wears . I even got great bargains Xmas shopping from men’s section & home stuff ! I found the customer service rude today, it was a younger lady who I tried to exchange sandals to(heal straps slipping off so it like trying to walk with paper on your feet . She didn’t say Hello, was noticeably irritated I didn’t have shoe«hanger» cause it was removed when I purchased from a nicer guy . I cleaned the bottoms(did a mailbox test) & she said these were walked on we can’t take them with an insincere apology . I had my receipt & never had that problem, thought she was too picky a nicer employer would of let me pick a better pair out, fortunately they were only 13 dollars . Good luck if you have a return/exchange . I’ll be back but she rubbed me the wrong way.

Incompetent cashiers and the manager. Couldn’t process a return with receipt. Would never go back.

Upon returning a pair of super uncomfortable Steve Madden sandals. Associate: These look worn. I can’t take these back. Me: They’re not worn and here is the receipt, with the tag still affixed to the sandal. Associate: Yea, well, you could’ve worn them and put the tag back on yourself and brought them back. Look at the bottom of the shoe, they’re clearly worn. Me: I will be right back. * I located the exact same shoe on the sales floor and returned to the register with 2 other pairs of which the sole appeared worn and dirty. One pair even had mismatched sizes in the box.* Associate: Oh ok, these shoes all have similar soles as in they all look kind of worn. Ok you can return them. I have never encountered an associate that refused a return, especially in this economy. From my personal experience from working in retail at several higher end stores, even if the shoes had been worn(which in this case they weren’t) the store can mark them as «damaged» and give store credit. That was a very off putting experience over a $ 40 sandal.

This is a great store and in a great location. It is on a plaza next to Whole Foods, and other small businesses and restaurants, but it has a large lot with convenient parking specifically for the store, which is set back on the plaza. It has a great selection of items from every department-other Marshalls in nearby towns cannot begin to compare. It always has new items in stock, and a lot to choose from in the sale sections.

This is a great Marshall’s all around including house decorations and bedding. I never leave the store empty handed!

Out of all the Marshalls I’ve ever visited(and believe me, I’ve had my fair share of visits from childhood until now), this one takes the cake for availability and quality of selection. I’m rather partial to bargain shopping and deal hunting, and was able to find a classy dress with matching shoes for a wedding I was attending at this particular store. I doubt that I can say the same about other stores I’ve visited. Parking is quite plentiful and the location is rather convenient to me — a dangerous combination for my wallet. The cashiers are relatively pleasant, even after having dealt with scores of bargain hunters. From start to finish, I give this store much credit for being what it is.

This is the best Marshalls ever. It’s clean, huge and has an amazing selection. I agree with Susan D.‘s comment that I might regret letting everyone in on this huge secret, but I just can’t help it.

This one’s pretty cool and it’s near Trader Joes in Burlington and close to Lester’s BBQ.

This is definitely one of the best Marshalls in the region. It has a great selection of designer clothing and great clearance prices. And many of the items I see in this location, I do not see in other Marshalls. There is no reason not to have a couple of nice pieces in your wardrobe when this store is around. You certainly don’t have to be wealthy to have great clothes. Just a great eye.

Amazing how two different Marshalls, located maybe 15 miles from each other, could be so different. My local Marshalls can be disorganized and messy, while this Bedford establishment is huge and clean, and the items and store as a whole just seem, well, classier. Gorgeous bags and dresses, as well as a well-organized gift/glassware/gourmet food section. Linens weren’t strewn everywhere, the mega shoe department was neat, and the shelves(except for the purse section) were well-stocked. I didn’t find what I was looking for, but I will certainly stop in again when I’m in the area.

I know I’ll probably regret spilling on this sacred location, but this is the most phenomonal location for you shopping addicts looking for your fix. This is one of the main flagships in the north Boston area. They have the largest assortment of shoes outside of Boston and the good ones actually stick around because not as many people venture out this far. I have gotten marroon suede Giorgio Armani close-toed heels here for $ 79.99. Not to mention the wonderfully random assortments of Tahari, Kenar, MaxStudio, and Zara(for under $ 20). So much shipment comes through here that the employees are continuously marking down items on the floor to make room for more. This means you will find the best clearance items(stylish 7-jeans — $ 39.99, marc jacobs & manolo blaniks — $ 149.99, hard-to-find European brands). Quite literally, 90% of my wardrobe comes from this one store location. I live for deals.
