I came to moving forward with bulging disk which was causing numbness in the fingers on my left hand. Elizabeth took a good approach with the mix of massage and exercise. After 3 sessions numbness was gone. I really like flexible hours and gym location of this physical therapy office. Highly recommended!!!

Last year after a fall, I was diagnosed with an Achilles’ tendon tear in my right ankle. The doctor suggested that without surgery, my chance for complete recovery was small. I opted to try PT first, and have been a patient of Jane Karpovsky for the past 6 months. After several months of therapy, I made tremendous progress with full ability to function. Jane if very professional and detail oriented. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and relatives.

I have been very happy with the physical therapy I’ve received from Moving Forward. Jane is excellent and delivers a very personalized approach. I highly recommend her and it is helpful to be able to use my Summit Health Club membership to do the exercises she recommends in between sessions.

Moving Forward is located in the gym I go to, which is Summit Fitness in Bedford. I went there suffering from sciatica pain in my back and leg. Jane is a very smart and observant physical therapist who came up with a plan of exercise and massage therapy which has greatly reduced the pain that I was suffering. I am still attending therapy as we speak, and although I am not 100% recovered yet, I’m positive that I will be. The only drawback to Moving Forward is that the hours are not the same fixed hours every day, but the great part is that the hours on some days are late enough for people to go after work or on a Saturday.
