Trees Bodyworks

I have been seeing Trees Body Works therapists now for a couple of years and mainly just here since another place I really liked started stealing from me. I find it hard to stay with a therapist that I like since they are so busy but they do always get you in. They are familiar with all techniques and it is a very relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend Trees for anyone looking to relax with a group that stays up with what is important to you. O yes, I already referred 3 people. lol.

First time at Trees and I was in heaven.
Teresa was awesome and it was great that she was a medical massage therapist .
I recommend Trees for your first or fifth massage, it will be worth every penny.
I made another appointment for next week.

Very cozy and relaxing! Leanna was my therapist; she was very sweet and attentive regarding my comfort and massage pressure. She also had great technique!
I will be back for sure!

I bought the Groupon and used it. I had read previous reviews last year and they weren’t good in regards to a Groupon. Then I checked again and the experiences seemed better. I went and my therapist was Blake. This massage was better than I had experienced at massage envy. All of my problem areas were worked out. I probably won’t buy the membership but I’d go back again.

Time for an update:
I’ve been going here for over 2 years and love this location. The ambience is really nice. They also offer wine or water to have while waiting. Once in a while, they have freshly baked cookies! Yummy!
Sonja has been my massage therapist since Teresa has been really busy. Sonja listens to you on what needs to be focused on more. She knows what she is doing and I highly recommend her when you want a great massage. I always tend to fall asleep while getting massaged even through the deep tissue massage. I highly recommend you give Trees Bodyworks a try and ask for Sonja!

The best massage of my life. Sir Anthony Crayton is the best! Leeanna is also amazing. Do yourself a favor and get a massage! This place is so nice, so professional. Great massage therapists.

Ask for Sonja! I drive place to place a lot back when I use to live in the bedford area and never thought anything of. I saw a groupon and decided «Hey why not?» best investment ever! she was amazing!!! Really listened to me when I told her my problem areas and focused more on that area. I also noticed that when they say 70 minutes they mean 70 minutes of table time! Not 10 minutes to get undressed and on the table and 10 minutes to get dressed again. So thats a HUGE plus for me!

I just got my full body massage done by Theresa. She is an amazing therapist! She knew what shes doing. She knew my problem areas and worked on it. I been to a few places around HEB and their were ok. Wasn’t too impressed! I’m glad I found this place! Definitely coming back to see her again!!!

I’ve been to trees once before and had the nicest masseuse, but this time trying to book my appointment was very different.
On Saturday I bought 2 Groupons for 60 min massages for me and my husband. I left a message on the voicemail (it was after hours, but I was hoping to be one of the first in line by leaving that message) explaining that I wanted to book a couples massage if possible, that we had Groupons, and that we were hoping for appointments the following day (Sunday). The next morning I received a call from a woman who sounded less than enthused to be speaking to me at all, saying that there was time later that day for a couples massage, and quoting me the price. I responded with «oh, great-we’ll take that slot, but we have Groupons already». That was apparently not the right thing to say. She replies with «we’re not taking any more Groupons today. We have a cut off, and we’re full». I asked when the next opening was. She told me that the soonest we could book was 7 weeks out.
She already told me there was time open for Sunday!
I decided, no way, I’d rather not go if she’s gonna treat me like I’m not good enough (btw, it isn’t my fault that her spa ran a groupon. I’m not sure why she was treating me like I inflicted this on her), and called groupon to cancel my order.
I wish this experience had been anything like the first, because I really liked it there. Sad.

I don’t write reviews too often, but I just HAVE to rave about this place and about Sir-​Anthony.
I was having some severe back pain and decided to try Trees Bodyworks based off of all their great reviews. I booked a 90 minute massage on a deal that was being advertised at the time, and I scheduled with Sir-​Anthony. Sir made it all very comfortable and the entire experience was WONDERFUL! He found all the areas that were causing me pain. I went from being in so much pain I had trouble functioning, to being in NO PAIN AT ALL! I also rarely get headaches anymore, and was having them on an almost daily basis. I now book with him every two weeks, and it has really changed the way I feel overall. I don’t think I’ll ever see another massage therapist!
Also, all of the staff I have encountered there are very courteous, and offer you a beverage, etc while you wait. Keep an eye out for their deals online, and give this place a try!

Leanna was professional and friendly! She asked me which spots I’d like for her to pay attention to, and she also used scented massage oils and hot stones, which I loved! (She’ll ask you beforehand if you want it or not.) She also asks for your preferred level of pressure. I recommend checking them out!

Sir-​Anthony is the only masseuse I will see anymore! I like firm pressure with stretches– I just love his techniques! Try him out– you will not be disappointed! Pricing is good for the area– lookout for their specials!!!

I am so thankful I found this place so near to home! The therapists always say hello and offer water & other goodies they seem to have available every time I have visited. It is peaceful & welcoming to care for the customer. I am a runner and had issues with tendonitis in ankle area and quads over compensating
in the past months, so it was so helpful to have relief and a knowledgeable therapist to care for those concerns. It is extra special when included at no extra charge, you recieve aroma therapy to assist in relaxing and clearing a path to a fabulous massage & healthier body! El is fantastic!

Simply awesome. My husband and I both went for massages this past weekend… I had Sir Anthony and he had Dro. I had the BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE from Sir Anthony. He has the perfect combination of gentle yet firm pressure. Best of all, I didn’t have to tell him where I had knots and pain — he found them himself and worked them out gently. I also had some pain on my hip from a slight injury the day before, and he worked the muscle gently and combined this with stretches, and I am not joking when I say that the pain was GONE afterwards. GONE. My husband had a great experience with Dro as well. This place is great — we will definitely go back again!

I was going back and forth about writing this review, but I just have to say something. My first experience with Trees Bodyworks was back in May 2014 and that appointment was with Kendra. She was fantastic, but when I called to reschedule, I was told that she was no longer with Trees Bodyworks. I was told I could schedule with Edward, but when I arrived for my appointment on Saturday, I was told I would see Sonya.
Boy how I wish Edward would have been my therapist. I’m not sure if the mistake was mine, or if Sonya should have asked me (the client) what kind of pressure I preferred. The massage started out with a really light massage on my feet. From the first 3 minutes I knew that I didn’t say anything that this was going to be one of worst massages ever. I proceeded to ask Sonya if she could massage me deeper (I am one of those clients who wants to feel like I got a massage and not just someone rubbing lotion on my body). She in turn told me that she need to rub the lotion in first before she could give me a more firmer/​deep tissue massage or I would bruise. I accepted her explanation, but after that the massage went downhill. She was sighing through most of my massage (like I offended her) and instead of lightly laying the bottle of lotion on the massage table it felt like she just tossed it wherever she wanted not keeping in mind that I was also lying on the massage table.
I was really hoping to make Trees Bodyworks my #1 choice for a massage, but after this experience that is really going to be hard to do. One more note, I drove from Cedar Hill to Bedford because of the really great experience I had with Kendra in May 2014, but looks like I will have to find a place closer to home. I really hope no one else experiences what I did and if you get Sonya as your therapist, please inform her before the massage what kind of pressure you prefer.

I think this place is absolutely fantastic. It’s just up the road and is my total go-​to place for a massage.
What I like most about it is the serene décor … it’s really like a high-​end spa without the high-​end prices. They are really cool about trying to keep things affordable. I’ve seen a few different therapists, and I like them all, but Rene is probably my favorite.
And yes, they’ve become very popular, so it can be difficult to get an appointment now, but they are worth the wait for me!

I had a wonderful experience at Trees Bodyworks. I bought a Unilocal deal and was able to make an appointment for the next day. I have a lot of dumb back problems and the therapist (Sarah) was very thorough in covering my back pain/​injury history and customized the massage to be the most helpful for me. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. I always feel better after a massage, but I felt even better than I usually do with all of the customization.
I also want to mention that the ambiance is lovely and relaxing. I have been to a handful of massage places that left a lot to be desired — the rooms were freezing or I could hear through the super thing walls. Not here! The room was a lovely temperature and super quiet. The massage table was the MOST comfortable, like a cozy bed of dreams, plus it was heated! I will most certainly be going back. I definitely recommend Trees Bodyworks!

I found this place through Groupon and I just so happened to live right down the street from it. The atmosphere and décor is nice and relxaing and it is a small place but that do a really good job at making accomodations for everyone. Massage therapist Isidro knows how to target good spots and the entire staff does a great job at making you feel comfortable and welcome. They even called during the ice storm to confirm and reschedule an appointment. The prices are great and they consistently have month to month massage specials. They also can honor Groupon prices for certain massages. Been here several times so far and plan to continue to do so!

Went in for the first time today with a Groupon. Super friendly staff, and great customer service. Kendra was my therapist, and she’s fairly new there, but she gave me the best aromatherapy massage I’ve ever had. Super relaxing, and she found all the spots that needed working!
The décor made me happy too — peacocks! Gorgeous place, smells wonderful, great soft music. I will go back.
Oh! Also, I was told they will honor groupon prices without you having to buy thru Groupon! Just tell them you saw it and they’ll take care of the price!

I was in a nasty car accident, one that totaled my SUV and while the injuries were not significant, I had not been sleeping well and had been suffering from daily headaches. My normal remedies were of no help, so I decided to see if a massage would help. I am not a ‘massage type’ of girl, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The only massage I had ever had was a Thai massage in Malaysia.
I just picked one at random off Groupon and made an appointment for later that day. The girl over the phone was very friendly and made my appointment. When I walked in I was very pleased by the ambiance. It was more than I had expected. VERY spa-​like. My appointment was from 4:30 — 5:40pm. Rhonda was A++. We talked about my accident and she focused on the issues she could feel. It was 6:15pm when I walked out. That was impressive to me! She didn’t rush to get me out the door, or even mention that my time had run over. I haven’t had a headache since! I think it was great for my accident injuries and am planning to visit Rhonda again until my body is back to normal. She was so amazing in every way. She was friendly, and knowledgeable. She took time to listen and give great feedback.
I would absolutely recommend Rhonda and Trees Bodyworks to anyone!
