I visited here back in January when I took my Boy Scout Venturing Crew to Beech Mountain for a weekend ski trip. The staff here is excellent! We rolled in first thing in the morning and they had our entire crew of kids (8 youth), equipped and out the door in less then 30 minutes!
Staff was knowledgable and the rental equipment is top quality for rental gear. The only real negative I could say is that you can not get step in bindings with snowboard rentals but this is fairly common when it comes to renting snowboard gear. Would also be nice if they rented helmets.
