Awful place. Awful man. His hands reeked of cigarette smoke. His own mouth was a mess. Im 32, he told me I had the mouth of an 82 year old woman because I grind my teeth so badly. He said they were all going to break off in three years, unless I put an expensive plastic coating around all of them. He went tooth by tooth, pointing out all my oral deficiencies. He literally would not stop lecturing me on how awful my mouth is. He made me so upset, I left before having my teeth cleaned and started crying in the parking lot. The next day I saw Dr. Garcia in downtown Baltimore who was wonderful. And who said that yes, my back teeth were worn and I should get a mouthguard. But it was nothing to worry too much about. He cleaned my teeth and said otherwise, things looked great. I would stay far away from Dr. Kreiner. He’s the worst kind of doctor. Patronizing, insensitive and greedy.
