My experience was quite negative, the first visit they tried to steal a deductible that my insurance company said I already meet. Which I did all the necessary paperwork ahead of time so they could figure that out. At the end of my first visit My copay was $ 30 they told me that I needed to pay $ 290 cash now. I paid them 60 not knowing. When I got home later on that evening I had a message that they had looked up and found that I had a care credit card and they had charged the remaining balance owed to my card without authorization. I call them back and let them know not to do that. in this country, we call that theft. I should of cut the ties with them then. They wanted me back monthly which like a stupid ass in pain I did, bought the insoles for $ 450 cash. The last appointment I got into an accident and missed. They immediately charge me $ 50 for a no show, they call it, with out contacting me and they sent it off to collections to NRS. Who attacks your credit report. Which I just paid after extra added at 67.50. all this in 30 days time. so good luck with these guys. For me cut my losses and getting a new podiatrist.
