I joined Xtend Barre Bel Air to add some variety to my cycling and running routine. The studio is beautiful and clean. The instructors are well educated and provide flawless instruction. The classes are always challenging, but can be modified to suit any fitness level. Their online reservation system insures you have your place in class and is great motivation to show up! Oh and classes start on time, which is appreciated in this busy world!

The studio is beautiful, clean, and set up perfectly for class every time. Xtend Barre classes are consistently challenging, always fun, and the instructors always make sure that everyone is making progress! Absolutely love Xtend Barre Bel Air. The workout is fun and challenging. All of the instructors are highly trained and extremely helpful. Everyone that goes is super friendly and you can tell everyone cares about each other. It is like a family! If you’re looking for something that is going to change your body while having a good time and listening to great music, then Xtend Barre Bel Air is where you want to go!

Went to my very first class at Xtend Barre Bel Air yesterday, I took the 8:15am class. The class kicked my butt, it was an awesome high cardio class with intense core focus. The instructor was great, she had a lot of energy and helped me a few times during the class to correct my moves/​position which helped a great deal. I also met the owner and her husband, both are very lovely and kind. I recommend to whomever trying for the first time that you purchase grip socks as they really help you, they sell them at the studio. I look forward to going back!
