Yes this is a coffee shop in a small town, but its worth driving a few extra miles. We heard they recently added a breakfast/​lunch menu serviced by Standard Pizza Company so we thought we would give it a try.
On our trip from the West to East side of the state we stopped at Third Wave for breakfast, but were distracted by the cookies…
I’ve had plenty that weren’t worth the calories, but the no bake cookie I devoured was totally worth a days worth of calories. Thankfully I don’t live near by, so I don’t have to worry about it becoming a habit.
The breakfast menu is short, but not disappointing. The chorizo breakfast tacos were filling and flavorful and the ingredients were sourced in MI. However, it was the perfectly cooked egg on the veggie bowl that was the star of the meal. The creamy yoke brought all the fresh vegetables together. Yum!
The coffee staff was friendly and it genuinely seemed like they cared if you had a good visit. Good Hospitality is something I expect, but rarely find.
Great way to start the morning! We will be back.

See the rating? Taste the coffee. Feel the vibe. A lot of times places think because they are the only similar business around that that will be enough; but it’s not: you must be excellent.
This place is a shining example of an owner who must be brining ing larger city excellence to this small town. Everyone wins. Locals. Commuters.
Tourists.
The guy is probably a Christian, a real salt of the earth one, because the staff was humble and excellent.

The only coffee in Belding, you really don’t have any other choice. That said, they are pretty amazing at making coffee. They have a great selection of different drinks and amazing baristas that are friendly and helpful in creating a great drink. Don’t miss out on #WednesdayswithWill,.

Stopped in here for the first time on a hot day. Easy to park, great iced chai latte, and lots of options for something cold in the hot weather. I will definitely be back!
