I can honestly say I am extremely satisfied with my results! all the girls in the front are professional and very nice as well as the registered nurses:) Jacqueline was extremely helpful through the process needless to say Dr Sahafi is amazing in, his work and will not sugar coat anything. Very honest business :) I highly recommend!

Well what can I say, I love my boob job. Let me start saying that I have been to 3 consultations and my top #1 was Dr. Sahafi. I wanted someone with lots of experience, someone I can trust, someone I can have a connection with, someone that answers all of my questions no matter how dum they might sound, someone that is attentive and responsible, someone that makes me feel comfortable, someone that is always there when u need them incase of an emergency. Dr. Sahafi was all that. I would not be able to have gone to any other doctor after I got to meet him at my consultation. I made up my mind right there and then. After my surgery, I had plenty of doctor visits and he explain with detail what to do for my new boob job. He also gave me a doctors note for my job and I was really happy with that. If you want a doctor that knows what he is doing, I recommend Dr. Sahafi. My boobs are literally perfect. Not saggy, not high up on my chest, not one to big or to small, my nipples are not cockeye or pointing any other direction. They are just perfect. ;).

I first came here about two years ago. Dr. Sahafi gave me a really good quote for what I wanted to get (Brazilian butt lift). He gave me the quote of $ 8,500 for liposuction in 28 areas of my body plus the fat injections on my butt. I didn’t get my procedure done then because i found out i was pregnant shortly after.
I decided that before 2015 ended I needed to do something about my body. I had my baby in May of 2015 and I was not happy. I visited 2 doctors before going with Dr. Sahafi. They were both in Beverly Hills and wanted to charge me a lot more. It was towards the end of November that I went in for a consultation. Yvette (the receptionist) was very accomodating with my work schedule. She made the appointment for the following week. I wasn’t too sure about getting my procedure done there because I had some questions and concerns. I voiced that to Yvette and she had the Office Manager call me and inviting me for a follow up visit. My follow up visit was at the end of November (the week of Thanksgiving) and that’s when I made my decision. Dr. Sahafi was very professional and assured me I would be happy with my results. I scheduled my procedure for the following week.
I am very happy with my body, and I know that the final results won’t show until after 3 – 6 months. I highly recommend this place, specially for such caring and professional staff. Mercedes, the RN, was amazing. I work apar with registered nurses and I had never met someone as pleasant and professional as her. I owe my recovery to her (and I know i still owe her her manicure). She took care of me from the first consultation, to the pre-​op, post-​op and follow up appointment. I asked her to dress me with the smallest compression garment she could, and she did; i swear by this, this is the reason why I recovered faster.
I only have a few suggestions for the office, EMR (I feel it looks more professional when they have all the medical records on the computer as opposed to looking for the chart which can be misplaced. I think it would also help them with their scheduling issues, at the beginning, and although they had called to confirm appointments with me, they seemed to be confused as to why I was there. Also, may be investing on an iPad or tablet to show before and after pictures. They had a binder with really bad copies of outdated pictures. Not being able to see a lot of before and afters for my procedure was one of the reasons why I was skeptical about getting my procedure done with Dr. Sahafi. I will post a before and after pictures because I want everyone who is looking into getting a procedure such as mine, to consider Dr. Sahafi. The last suggestion I have is having the office manager discuss payment, price, and other personal stuff in an office with closed doors. I was able to hear everyone’s business and I’m sure they heard mine because it was discussed in the front office and not in a private office like the first time I went.

Very unprofessional service!!! Had met with the doctor 2 months ago I set up my surgery date for January 18^th … Walked In today to make payment and to take care of last requirements before procedure … I walk in and they are confused if I had an appointment or not after they had called me to confirm appointment. Then I am called to managers office where she tells me my file was lost … I am very upset I missed work to go through this very unprofessional experience.

When looking into a doctor to have my procedure done with i did my research and read reviews which led me to Dr. Fred Sahafi. I was terrified and all of his employees put me at ease. I went ahead and did the procedure and I will be completely honest that I was so happy at how smooth everything went and for that I give this place 5 stars…
Now heres my nightmare. .before having my boob job, I made sure to point out that it wasnt about the size but I just wanted to have close to even breast and to hide or minimize the difference in size between my uneven breasts. After the surgery I immediately noticed they were off once again but i trusted dr sahafis word and let a year go by. As the swelling went down, i noticed more and more that my insecurity was not being fixed but actually was being AMPLIFIED as I could see the difference in size between the breasts even more now before when he assured me that it would be ressovled. I know that breast do not end up identical but if i could show you all my before and after, it looks the same just larger size breasts. When i went back a year after, he blamed my body and offered to do the procedure again but along with a price. Its been a few months but i havent gone back. They are absolutely great people but i do not feel that i had to pay AGAIN to fix something that a professional should have. I saved for so long for that procedure only to be handed the short end of the stick. I have nothing bad to say about this amazing place other than if you have some sort of defect or insecurity in particular make sure that you get these things across first because had i known that he wasnt going to do anything about my issue i would have never given him my money. My breast are still two different sizes. I dont fit in bras without one not even filling the cup. One is a d one is a c. I still have to stuff one breast to make it even like before and to make this nightmare worse, i am getting married and what i thought would be fixed by the time i would get married is now magnified for everyone to see. Im so broken hearted at the results of my procedure but they made me trust that they would help me out and now im a couple thousand dollars short and in the same situation. Ladies do your research, the nicest of people can promise you the world, and they are great but my experience was heart breaking and humiliating.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Fred Sahafi about two and a half weeks ago and I am extremely happy! I was very nervous at first but the staff was very welcoming and it went very smoothly. I was originally going to get a larger size and I wanted to go with a more natural look and Dr. Sahafi was very understanding and listened with what I wanted. He recommended a lower CC because I am very petite and he said it would look too unnatural. I did go lower but not too much, and they look great! I was very impressed with the whole process leading up to my surgery. I live in the sf bay area and they were able to accommodate all my needs through either phone or email. Even the consultation! I was able to send pictures of myself via email and they were able to evaluate everything just like that. On surgery day, it look a little long to get me into surgery. It was scheduled at 1pm and I didn’t get in there till about 3ish but that was because the lady before me was getting multiple procedures done, but I was starving! I would have to say the first three days were the most painful, now with the continued massage sessions I do I am almost back to my regular routine! I still cannot pull or lift too much still because it strains the muscles and hurts so bad. I am very very happy with the results and would highly recommend anyone who wants to have plastic surgery done. Keep up the great work BGMG!!!

I had breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Sahafi and am extremely satisfied with my results. I ended up with a very natural look which was exactly what I wanted! I was extremely scared in the beginning but both the doctor and staff made my experience very pleasant. He explained the procedure to me in detail and answered all my questions. The facility is very nice and clean. I have even recommended a few of my friends to this office and they were also happy with their results. Def recommend seeing Dr. Sahafi if you are interested in any type or cosmetic surgery, he definitely knows his stuff!

The staff is sweet. I love going here for Botox. The Doctor is a master at his field. No one knows I got a nose job and when I tell them they can’t believe it looks so natural, which was exactly the look I was going for. The best part he did not cut my skin, no scarring!!! I recommend everyone go here if they want to enhance anything, call him he has the best prices and knows exactly how to make you look more beautiful!!!

I would not recommend this place I got rhinoplasty done last year it did not come out as I wanted it, it came out WORSE they rushed me out of surgery when they woke me up I was throwing up my head was moving In circles they just put me in my dads car and I was still asleep I went home and started throwing up… Dr. Fred didn’t listen to how I wanted my nose instead he did whatever he wanted I couldn’t really breath right due to an accident I had before I went to see the dr and told him I couldn’t breath through my left nostril he said he would fix it and ever since Dr. fred did the surgery It actually got worse I breath through my mouth now. However he said he would redo my surgery free of charge after 1 year of my surgery… Well his receptionist Mayra that was there before she got fired was really rude and had an attitude and his assistant that had helped him during my surgery well she was no longer there after i said a little comment about the way her nose looked and I told her it looked like a parrots beak after I had said that comment I never seen her there again but she had got her nose done by Dr.Fred.
Well now that they have a new receptionist her name is Monica I have never met this lady till I went in on September 24 with my dad I believe they kept saying they were busy they were busy just to talk to her I had to make an appointment but she kept saying she’s really busy. after I met with her she said she would call us Monday to see what the doctor said. according to her I missed my appointment which is impossible because the receptionist before who was Mayra and Dr. Fred specifically said I would need a blood test before my surgery so how did they make an appointment for me and pay the anesthesia when they did not take any blood test from me. She said she spoke to me over the phone and I had an appointment on July 16. according to her she said I was going to be awake during my surgery that I did not need a blood test.(Monica said) because its just a touch up. she also said she called and left me a message well I didn’t get any calls from her or a message they didn’t even write me a letter letting me know I had an appointment for my surgery but yet we have a paper that she wrote saying I had reschedule surgery in September well when me and my dad went it was September and she said that it had expired already the note she gave us… NO it’s more then a touch up I have bone that they did not remove the Dr. Took out to much cartilage from one side my tip is drooping down way more then before and it’s going side ways my nose is SUPER cruket it’s very I mean VERY difficult to breath and plus down the middle of my cartilage are holes opening from the stitches that were there before hard to explain I got a hole in my nose I feel like my nose is going to collapse… the doctor said I had to pays another 3500 so he can do my surgery… him not even fixing my breathing is worse. I get made fun of at school all the time it’s really messed up that he does not want to fix my nose. this is the work he’s done and it’s not a good job very poor if I could I would go back! I Hate my nose this really sucks because I get made fun of a lot… there’s more to the story but its tool long to type. I’m just saying very poor job.

You know I did not smoke, you were running soooooo far behind that day in surgeries, you needed an excuse to cancel my surgery. I’m glad you didn’t do my surgery, thank you.

I had a breast augmentation done 4 days ago and I’m absolutely in love with my new boobs! Dr Sahafi did a wonderful job, my first 2 days were probably the most painful but now they’re just sore. I would highly recommend Dr Sahafi he is great, and his assistant Monica is great too!

I think he is a great doctor and he is very nice. His staff is also very nice and cheery. I totally recommend him. He is honest and would not perform any risky surgery. I went with my best friend for a consult. I ended up performing my surgery but he convinced my friend to change her mind about liposuction and come for a tummy tuck after her last pregnancy. My friend was a little sad but called him the next day and thanked him for his honesty.
