Came here to pick up some ice cream cupcakes. Surprisingly they had enough for what I needed. The employees are friendly and try to get you in and out in a timely matter. Parking in this shopping center is always a mission.

This place is awesome. The service is great and there’s plenty of seating outside to enjoy a delicious ice cream. The strawberry blonde is my favorite and the best one in my opinion. The IceCream cakes are also amazing.

I love cold stone. Place is clean and employees are always so friendly and warm. Favorite ice cream stop for my ice cream fix. I would recommend anyone to try the sweet cream ice cream and their strawberry blonde is good as well. Only down side is they are a little too too sweet for my taste.

Wow I was very excited to enjoy a delicious founders favorite but boy was I disappointed they gave it to me melted and my boyfriend told them if they can give us a new one they replied with «this is the only time they would give us an exchange» they wanted to simply pour the melted ice cream in a bigger cup and gives us tht. Ok no I wanted ice cream I paid for ice cream not for cold milk I wasn’t asking for anything for free.

I don’t know about the other comments, but I always get great customer service they are always fast. I have gotten there 5 minutes before closing time and they still serve me. I prefer this cold stone in comparison to other ones I been to, plus super clean which is something I always look at.

Two stars because although the ice cream is delicious and the place is clean, i’d rather go to rite-​aid or a different cold stone location to get treated better. The females that work there aren’t helpful and don’t look too happy.

I dont come here often, but every time I do they have new employees. They keep getting younger and younger and thats not cool. Some teens tend to hate their jobs. Well thats the vibe I get because they dont smile and seem annoyed and miserable when I ask them to tell me what they put in a certain ice cream. This past Saturday we tried two new flavors; surrender to strawberry & I forgot the other one but they both had yellow cake. $ 13ish for both ice creams, love it size (medium).. . I’ll keep coming because I enjou the ice cream.. .

Went in to purchase ice cream cup cakes or ice cream cookies. Freezer was empty!!! Except for a couple of cakes and small ice cream containers. I recently purchased gift certificates at COSTCO and was told that I would have to pay the difference since gift certificate for specific ice cream only covered $ 3.50 and ice cream price at store was $ 3.99 plus tax. Employees response was that each franchise charges differently (WTF?). Don’t purchase gift certificates at COSTCO there is no real savings since you will be responsible for the difference. Oh yes. employee stated that manager is the only one that makes cup cakes and ice cream cookies. Unfortunately, I decided to stop by when freezer was empty. Only reason I gave 2 stars is that ice cream is good despite bad experience.
