I bought my smart phone from this store a few months ago, while also starting new service with boost mobile. I like that the store clerks/sales reps are not pushy and are very friendly and professional. Furthermore, they are very knowledgeable when it comes to the products and service that they sell. The store is very clean and it’s accessible. I have gone in to make my payments from time to time and the staff is always courteous and friendly. The phone that I have has given me a few problems (due to manufacturer failure) but overall, the boost mobile service has been excellent! I’ve been given great service from the reps at this store and highly recommend this store for anyone who is looking for the reliable and friendly service. I’m giving them 5 stars because they are above the rest of the cell phone stores that I know. :)

I purchased a cellphone at the Boostmobile SELA WIRELESS store less than a month ago. When I tried to return the cellphone due to malfunctioning, they told me they don’t accept returns. I asked them to show me in written their return policy. They told me it’s not written. The moment I bought the cellphone, they didnt mention anything to me. I contacted Boostmobile. They told me that each store has their own policy about returns. If i would have known before, I woldn’t have bought a cellphone at SELA WIRELEES. I could have gone to another store or simply have puurchased online through the Boostmobile webpage.
Also the workers at Boostmobile SELA WIRELESS store are really mean and gave attitude to me. They need customers training.
Be carefull, and dont be ripped off at SELA WIRELESS Store
