Tri Laundry

Dirty machine with rust part in the machine and smells like dirty old water. Very bad place to watch your clothes. They Don’t have nobody to clean the place or the machine. Never coming back here again.

I came here for years since it first opened up and i was always satisfied with the service. I am sad to say that after so many years of coming here to wash i had to move to the laundry down the street. The lady in the first shift (the manager) is so rude and is not helpful at all. She doesn’t know the meaning of good customer service, she doesn’t clean, and is always talking sh*t about the customers, all she does is drink coffee and talk sh*t with her comadres. I witnessed Her lock a customer in the bathroom once and turned the lights off on him, Not helpful at all! So rude and disrespectful! She has a bad attitude all the time! the elder fat lady she is always treating the kids bad and yelling at them. She never helps and doesn’t clean at, all she does is collect the cans and bottles from the trashcan. She is also really rude and gives attitude to the customers she never cleans its so dirty there. The change and soap dispensers are always out of service! As for the chubby lady who works the night shift (maria) is so kind and keeps the place clean. Ive never had a bad experience with her! There was a pretty lady (duvi) she was such a great person! So kind to everyone especially the kids and elderly people! She never had a bad attitude and was so helpful. She kept the place so clean and she was so welcoming. Id go back if they had more people like her!

This place is freaking awesome! Best washers & dryers in town! Great service, & much props to the guy with the glasses & spike hair! Freaking awesome :)

Came here a few times and liked the place right off the bat… clean lots of washers and dryers, all the washers and dryers were always working. No «out of service» signs!!! Fast forward…
I came here tonight roughly 10 minutes to 9:00pm
Right as soon as I open the door the moron who works there rushed to the door and said we are «closed»
I can let you in only if you have a small bucket, and closed the door in my face and locked it!
Mind you, the place says hours 9:00am– 10:30pm
With the last wash being at 9:00pm. once again I got there 10 minutes to 9:00pm! Clearly this idiot was in a rush to go home or something!!!
Sad to say I wil not be returning to this place anytime soon! Iam all about customer service and this guy clearly FAILED!
Fyi watch out for the fat spikey hair guy! He will lock you out!

Clean place, coin-​less (you purchase a card with cash/​credit/​debit), employee was constantly walking around to clean and keep up the place, not too busy, fast and clean machines. Glad I found this place!
